Great Place! Everything you need for a base on a trip, clean and central. Walking distance to Nivy for shopping and also the bus station and Parking available if you have a car!!!

Jarmila was very kind and attentive, give us suggestions about the area. The apartment is as the photos, very clean, has all we need, it was cozy, bedrooms are large. It’s next to the road, but it’s quite a small area, not much cars passing by, so it’s fine. We had a good week here, thank you very much!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit gutem Design. Ruhige Lage in Nähe einiger Heuriger. Der Wienerwald ist prktisch vor der Haustüre. Mit dem Bus, der alle 10 Minuten (Haltestellen 2-3 Gehmiuten entfernt) zu U- und S-Bahn-Statio fährt, ist man in ca. 30 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Für uns war es perfekt und wir kommen sicher noch öfters in diese Unterkunft.

Ich habe Weihnachten mit meinen beiden Töchtern in Wien verbracht und wir hätten keine bessere Bleibe finden können. Super schön, bestens ausgestattet, ruhig, gut erreichbar. Gute Betten, Küche perfekt ausgestattet und alles sehr persönlich. Der Kontakt ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Super Restaurant Empfehlungen. Wir würden am liebsten einzuehen.

Without doubt the best AirBNB I have stayed in whilst in Vienna…possibly the best AirBNB I have stayed in anywhere!..and I use AirBNB a lot for national and international travel. Literally EVERYTHING has been thoughtfully designed and laid out. The interior design is perfect…the garden space is a a dream and the quality of fixtures and fittings seals the deal!

One of the best airbnb apartments i’ve ever been at. The view of vienna is stunning, especially seeing the skyline at night.

Loved the flat and area. Flat was exactly as described and we would stay here again. When we needed a little help Wolfgang was over very quickly to help.

Apt is very nice and clean, Alexander is responsive and help at any time very quickly with any question. the location is a bit far from city center in my opinion, we were with 3 kids and had to take train in order to visit main attraction (which is ok).

Große Wohnung mit toller Dachterasse. Wir waren zu 6. dort und hatten genug Platz. Alles war funktionsfähig. Es war allgemein sauber und die Unterkunft sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir waren zufrieden.

Apartmán je velmi hezký a kompletně vybavený, nic tu nechybí. Nachází se sice vysoko, ale stojí za to si ty schody vyjít.👍 Příjemně mě překvapil obrovský prostor. Jediný, co, tak mě tam byla trochu zima i po zvýšení teploty. Ráda apartmán vyzkouším v létě, abych si užila i terasu. Ubytování i Kateřinu doporučuji, vše bylo v pořádku. Moc děkuji a třeba příště.

Sehr schönes Wellness-Appartment über den Dächern der Wiener Josefstadt. Strassenbahn direkt vor der Haustür und in 5 Min fussläufig sind alle wichtigen Geschäfte erreichbar. Das Apartment schaut nicht direkt zur Josefstädter Strasse, so dass Apartment und grosse Dachterrasse wunderbar ruhig sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
