Great place, great apartment. The only problem is the noise during the evening and partly also during the night. If you want to sleep you might have a problem. Lively beer pub under the window and, electronic music club in the building (we visited on Friday night and some techno or disco took place there, so we could hear it until 2am or s). Perfect for those who come to have fun and party outside, less for those looking for a quieter place to sleep.

We went on a weekend bike trip with a one-year-old dietary. We brought everything we needed with us, and we had a specific schedule. Vendi has been very helpful with flexible check-in with another, proactively what is available to kick off the accommodation, etc. I am very serious about her approach and care. The place was for a unit Very clean and welcoming both the interior and the outdoor space.

Highly recommend, there's nothing to complain about

We were very satisfied and spent a week over Christmas at the property. We were particularly pleased upon arrival, that we even found a Christmas tree in our cabin as a surprise. Unfortunately, our check-in was delayed because we had a breakdown with our car. But everything still worked out. Ivan even helped us find a workshop the next morning where we got help the same day. He is a helpful host and we felt very comfortable there.

Overall, we were satisfied, a beautiful view of the surrounding area, as the place is higher. Amenities are sufficient, the room is small , but just for a short stay.

The place matches the description and price, everything was fine. Quiet room in private, because it is in the "courtyard", functional wifi, clear instructions. You can't expect miracles from the location, but there's definitely no need to worry more than anywhere else in Brno.

Fantastic apartment in a great easy to find location. We loved the modern layout and the comforts and air-conditioning in the main area and bedroom. Th apartment was immaculately spotless with a great kitchen which makes cooking very easy if you'd like to cook. The location made Brno very walkable with public transport and the main train station very close by. We loved our stay and Yana helped make it a very memorable one. Definitely recommend.

Everything as expected. Great for a group of friends or a larger family. Ideal location in the center.

The place was beautifully clean and met the conditions for a large group of people. I recommend for a bachelorette party, everything is close on hand, and overall the space is made for such events. The host accommodated us even though we changed the number of people and the communication was very fast. We recommend a whole group of people.
