It's a nice, small, cozy, and relaxing place. We're glad we found it and had a good time relaxing in the backyard. I totally recommended it.

Miroslav picked me up at the train station and drove me to the apartment, which was great, special after a long journey. Veronika is an exceptional host! She was super helpful with anything we needed. The apartment is nice, modern and comfortable. The infra sauna was amazing. The only thing to mention is that the apartment is situated on the ground floor facing the road and parking lot.

We stayed at the apartment for a few days and were totally thrilled from beginning to end. It was all as in the pictures and you felt incredibly comfortable and safe. The hot tub was an absolute highlight!!! Lucia was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment again and again. The ski resort was easy and quick to reach. A big thank you to Lucia for everything! 🙂

This is a spacious, cozy, clean home for a family vacation. In the large garden, there was room to play hide at the same time, smoke bonfires, a badminton tournament, play with your dog, and swing on the swing. Very helpful and kind hosts take care of the place.

My whole family and I can 100% recommend this place. Host Vlado and his wife were amazing and incredibly helpful. The place is very beautiful and in a quiet location. If we visit Lednice again, only here, maximum satisfaction. Thank you very much.

A new, beautiful, clean, and very spacious place combined with welcoming hosts gave us a pleasant holiday in the wine country. Quiet place, spacious garden with pool is a big plus. We can definitely recommend it and would love to come back.

This house is the best way to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city and relax with nature. The house is located on a hillside overlooking the lake, around there are small villages with a calm pace of life. The house has all the necessary appliances that will make your stay comfortable. The children were able to find an activity in the nursery, which has many toys. Evenings were spent watching the sunset, or being in front of the fireplace, revisiting favorite movies. In the yard there is a playhouse, swing, as well as a football gate. In addition to all this there is a fire pit. All this is located on a manicured lawn. We just fell in love with this house and hope to return to it again.

It was very nice to stay there. The aura of the place is very special. The last time I heard the smell of old wood was in childhood. And it's in an excellent state from other perspectives. Clean and renewed! The sauna allowed us to reload. Thanks a lot!

Philipp's place is very nice, comfortable and with privacy. It was easy to find, the area is very quiet, gave us local recommendations and has its own parking in the garage. I would highly recommend Philipp's stay!
