Lake side house rentals in Wheeler Lake

A fantastic place! Chris was great to communicate with. Kids had a blast fishing and playing foosball. Just stayed there 1 on our way to Florida. Wish we would have been able to stay a few more nights!

First, this host is awesome. My group was running very late for check-in. No problem. Suzan met us after dark to make sure we made it to the cabin and knew where the boathouse was located. Second, the cabin was great. It was very clean, both bedrooms had televisions, and was extremely clean. Finally, the location was great for our trip. The cabin is located 2 minutes from a public boat ramp, which isn't very busy compared to other local ramps. It's also located about 5 minutes from GTO at Waterfront, possibly the best bait store on Lake Guntersville. The driveway to the cabin is narrow if you are pulling a large bass boat but the boathouse is available if that's a problem for you. I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway.

Loved my 3 night stay here. The sunsets were beautiful. I spent most of my time in the hammock. We cooked all of our meals at the cabin and even grilled one night. It is a perfect size for our family of four. I will say if you have more people than that and want to spend most of your time indoors you may feel a little cramped in the gathering areas. My guys did complain that the beds were too hard, but if you don’t mind a firm mattress then you should have no problem. Again, I loved my stay here and wished that I could have stayed even longer.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here!! My two kids were so bummed we had to go back home. The space was perfect for our group. We loved the kayaks, float pad, and views! It really felt like a home away from home and we are already planning our next trip and recommending friends to stay here or any of the hosts other locations in the area. This was my First time getting an Airbnb and I can say this experience was amazing!! My family and I came from Orlando, FL and wanted to try country living for spring break and loved every minute of it. The place looked exactly like the pictures and Ben was always quick to respond with all my questions.I had no problems finding the place whatsoever and it was really peaceful with no faults. I will highly recommend this place for anyone looking to clear their mind and escape the fast pace city life.

Cozy cabin! Plenty of room for 5 adults. Loved having coffee every morning on the upper deck!

This cabin is in the prime location near the boat launch. Ideal for anyone planning to bring a boat to the private pier for this residence.

Steve was great! Very helpful and friendly with everything. The area is beautiful and perfect for an avid outdoors lover. 10 out of 10 will come back!

The host communicated very well and helped with check in. She was very accommodating and allowed us to use her dock and area around the water. The space was well stocked with anything that you may need for meal preparation. The space was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Wished we would have had more time to spend there and enjoy the area.

We had a great stay with room to spread out and great views. The home was furnished with everything we needed plus some- we even had a chance to sit around the fire pit for a while one night. Highly recommend!

This was by far the nicest Air BNB I’ve stayed at to date. Well worth every penny. If I’m ever in the area again I hope to be able to get this place. Fully stocked kitchen, great restaurants close by. The house had an amazing view. The living room was spacious and comfy. Do not hesitate to book this place if you see it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lee's place! It's a very beautiful and peaceful place to relax and enjoy some down time with plenty of space for large families or groups . Our stay couldn’t have been any better! The house fit our family of 7 perfectly with 4 beds to spare! The kitchen was equipped with everything you can think of (and the ice maker was a MAJOR PLUS!) Communication was easy and quick! Drifter’s restaurant is 5 minutes from the house- it was so good we went twice! Location was perfect! Highly recommend this house! We will be staying here again without a doubt!

Loved our stay here. Right across the highway from Hawk pride mountain off road made it very convenient for us. The house was beautiful and the view was stunning. We stayed during the winter but can imagine how great it would be during the summer. LOVED the porch. Looks like a fun place to Hang out. Would definitely stay here again. Judy was great to work with.

We absolutely loved the house and Ruth was such an amazing host. The house is so peaceful and the kids had lots of fun playing in the large garage and sunroom area. All of us slept wonderful, the beds and couches are extremely comfortable. She was very accommodating to our needs when we needed a little extra time to check out. We’re excited to stay here again while visiting family! Our favorite place!

We had the best time. We went mid October. The weather was fantastic. Chilly a night but beautiful sunny days. Our family had so much fun. We enjoyed evenings on the patio. Spent every night in the sunroom. The house was so comfortable. Felt like home. The huge front yard was awesome for the kids to play and run. It was exactly as described. Well it was actually better. We would stay again and again. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Great Lake location for an amazing get away, quiet and comfortable!

We had a great time during our stay for the Abu Garcia MLF College Nationals. It was about a 50 minute drive to Ingalls Harbor Boat Ramp which is further than I anticipated but it was an easy drive.
