Come stay at our newly remodeled family lake cabin located on Cain Lake. Extra love was put into this place as it has been passed down the generations. Open concept from the kitchen to the dining room into the living room overlooking the lake. Extra family room perfect for game night. Venture outside to the large deck surrounded by bliss. Wonderful wellness-oriented home with a warm and cozy atmosphere. The hosts were very responsive. The bathtub was amazing and we soaked so relaxingly. Both bedrooms were very clean and uncomfortable. The decor was very fun and went with the theme of nature. Sitting on the porch is so lovely and walking to the lake is 5 minutes or less. It was very peaceful and quiet and the neighbors were quite friendly. Bellingham proper is only 10 minutes away and all the good nature is 30-90 minutes away like Mount Baker. It was easy check in and plenty of supplies available to make the stay comfortable and convenient. We were able to rest deeply and rest from our busy life. We would love to return again. Thanks!

This was our second time staying here and we will be back again next year! The house is fabulous; beautiful views, great outdoor deck and fire pit, path to the lake and a well stocked kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Perfect house for a large group/family. Emma is so friendly and communicative. This is now our go to place for our yearly family get together.

Spacious Home Steps Away From A Park & Lake Access

This Airbnb was hands down the nicest and most beautiful Airbnb we've ever stayed in. My sisters and I (along with our kiddos) get together every April back home in Skagit/Whatcom for the tulip festival and it was the perfect location to all stay together. The house was absolute perfection! We loved the decor and the views and the deck. The kitchen had everything you could think of - Thank you for the assortment of coffees! There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and it was nice to cook and eat big meals together and play some board games. The beds were also so comfortable and it was convenient to have so many bathrooms. Sudden Valley is such a gorgeous little community on Lake Whatcom, I already miss all of the green moss and ferns and mountain and lake backdrops. Thank you for a peaceful and relaxing spot to stay, we would definitely love to come back!

Modern lakefront cabin with private beach

This house was one of my favorite Airbnb’s yet. It easily served our sleeping needs. I liked how there were thermostats in each room, including the bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed and my favorite - they left a welcome basket with sparkling water and wine. The house is situated only 1/2 mile from a great park for hiking, strolling and mountain biking. As for the beautiful Whatcom Lake, there were some stairs to get down to the sitting area where we could watch the mergansers and even a few loons. We didn’t take advantage of the kayaks and canoe, but one of us took a couple of cold plunges (not my thing). We were there in the first of April and the water was still cold! I highly recommend this house and location.

Stillwater Lakehouse - Waterfront on Lake Samish

We loved our stay at Janett's home - it had pretty much everything you could want. A beautiful home with all the usual comforts, but also a wood-burning pit giving it a "cabin" feel. The view was spectacular! The rooms were all a good size, especially the two suites, and the beds were super comfortable. The deck and dock were great, and we wished we could have enjoyed them more, but the weather had other ideas. The only thing I wish we had done was contact Janett about the hot tub. We assumed it wasn't working properly because it was barely warm on the first two days. However, by the third day, we realized we just had it on the wrong setting! We should have just messaged Janett, as she was in communication throughout our stay, and I'm sure she would have saved us the trouble. In addition to Janett's home, we also enjoyed exploring Bellingham (there was a farmer's market on Saturday), and a smaller town, Edison, which was nearby. It was a great long weekend.

Kristen was very responsive. Her place was very comfortable and just as she described it. It was well stocked and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the views from the large deck were breathtaking. The location is perfect, lots to do, great location, and Kristen even provided crab for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back thats for sure!
