This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Our cute Bach is available for those looking for a break away from the hustle and bustle of busy life. Put the deck chairs out, relax on the decks and watch the world go by, or lace up your shoes & enjoy the many walks around the area. Shops 200m down the road, beach within throwing distance, your options are endless. Front room has a queen bed, the other has two singles and a double bunk with a single over it. A complete makeover turns the Old Kensington Store into a great place to come to after a busy day or for a romantic getaway. Opening onto a private courtyard with birdbath and fishpond this fully equipped dwelling has all new appliances, chiropractic mattress with optional Memory foam pillows in a romantic queen bedroom. Just like a good wine, this centrally located holiday home at the north end of Waihi Beach with all the toys is best enjoyed with good friends and family. Great location, just mins walk from shops and beach plus local fav beachfront Flat White Café. Lots of extras (pool table, ping pong, volleyball and pétanque court, boat garage, bbq and outdoor area, PlayStation, unlimited wifi and Netflix) 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 10, perfectly set up for groups of family and friends.

Sit in front of the cozy indoor gas fire, get the board games out, and even take a soak in the 40degree celsius spa pool/Jacuzzi. With plenty of room to spread out you can find your own spot to relax, or play some table tennis or take a walk to the beach. Location, location, location! A hop, skip and jump to Waihi Beach's famous 'Flat White Cafe' and stunning 10km ocean beach. Not so glam on the outside (but we are working on that) but inside it's a little winner - almost brand new with all the comforts in a home away from home. Short walk to the shops, hotel and RSA....but so close to the beach! BBQ available plus all other amenities to make for a relaxing stay!

Quality would be a perfect one word description of this accommodation and the hosts. Everything in the house is great quality and there is everything you need. David met us and showed us everything we needed and made us feel very relaxed about bringing our dog with. All the facilities are first class and you just feel at home as soon as you arrive. Will definitely look to stay here next time we visit Whitianga as not only is it amazing it’s a great place to base yourself to explore the rest of the Coramandel peninsula.

lovely batch ideal location. exactly what we were after. family friendly and walkable to everything. Had a family reunion all families were a minutes walk from each other. beach location with park and bbq was ideal for all kids and family. Brooke was lovely to deal with. we can't wait to visit again

We had a great stay at Ya's place. There was more than enough room for us all. A lovely well set up home that was very spacious and comfortable. Having 5 kids there ranging in age from 3-11 was a breeze at Ya's place - with a separate lounge area where the kids could hang out and watch a movie. Also a great little playground round out the front - we could be in the kitchen or lounge and still have eyes on the kids. Beds were very comfortable, lovely quality bedding and towels etc. Ya was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend her gorgeous place!
