Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Wexford County

Really wonderful house, perfect space for our kids to stay on the lower floor, they enjoyed many of the books and puzzles. Everything was very comfortable, easy and friendly communication. 8 minute easy drive to Caberfae.

“A Place to Call Home” was the perfect place for us to use as our home base while visiting Cadillac. It was close to the lake area, very clean and comfortable, a quiet location and excellent value. Julie was easy to communicate with and prompt to answer our questions. We would stay here again!!!

Absolutely beautiful! The view is incredible.

Very peaceful place. They provide plenty for kids and families to do. Kind of nice to force kids to unplug and play board games. One disadvantage was no cable which would be nice on rainy days and tv can be very glitchy. We have AT&T and got very poor to no service on our phones. Overall a beautiful and fun place. Small lake but plenty to do as a family.

Great place to stay if you need a small spot close to west Michigan. Beds and rooms were perfect. Bathroom is large. Kitchen has eveeything you'll need for a short or long stay.

Exceeded our expectations. We were very impressed with everything about it. The attention to detail and features were just wonderful. We treated it like our own home. So if your reading this and stay here ……PLEASE TAKE GREAT CARE OF IT LIKE WE DID…..BECAUSE IT IS NOW OUR GO TO PLACE. WE WANT IT TO BE JUST AS NICE AS IT WAS THIS TIME WHEN WE COME BACK! This home was and experience was beautiful enough space for me and the kiddos a beautiful kitchen with every essential cooking component that you could need amazing side coffee and bar setup board games and alexa were the main hits during our weekend getaway would highly recommend this home and I look forward to visiting and staying in this home again

Great place to stay in Cadillac!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I enjoyed this visit as much as the first. Extremely friendly hosts, beautiful surroundings, quiet and peaceful. Exactly what I was looking for. I will stay again for sure.

We really enjoyed staying at Fawn’s place!! This was a top tier place! She thought of everything and provided so many extras like snacks, an assortment of drinks and even chocolates on the pillows. The decor was very well done and it was so clean and comfortable. It was a great spot to stay as we explored some of north Michigan. We slept well and the surroundings were very peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again without any hesitation. Fawn was quick to answer questions and help in any way. We enjoyed staying here very much!!

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

We had a great time, definitely a cozy stay, enjoyed the paddleboat, our kids lived being on the lake as well. we recommend this guest suite and look forward to staying again!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Daphne & Will's gorgeous home. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement – their space was filled with tasteful decorations, thoughtful touches, and high-quality finishes and furnishings. There was no way we could use every amenity available on a short 3-day stay, but that's all the more reason to come back and enjoy the space again sometime in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, view of the trees and lake, and comfy sofa – perfect for a relaxing trip. Will and Daphne struck the perfect balance of responsiveness, giving space, and friendliness. Airbnb perfection.

quaint place, description is accurate. easy access to main roads, convenient to shops and restraunt within a few miles. employees working on property very friendly. waters hot beds comfortable. we will be back and also telling our friends of this place.

Sara's place was literally immaculate and everything new. Kitchen was fully appointed, even got to use an air fryer for the first time! We really enjoyed the fire pit with 8 chairs as well as the super comfy beds and linens. There were adequate essentials like TP, paper towel, linens, towels, etc. We would love to return to this location in the summer. Also, great "circle drive" for towing a trailer, easy in/out.

Quaint, peaceful cabin in the woods! My friend and I were running a marathon nearby and this property is close to many nearby events / adventures. Alysua was very responsive / proactive in addressing all our questions and inquiries. Would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore Northern Michigan!

Tasha’s place was a fantastic getaway for us. Nested in a field, we had the whole area to ourselves. Plenty of convenient items in the cabin to make the trip comfortable, and really well done work inside. We loved it!

This little gem is jam packed with items you might forget...including a first aid kit. Beautiful grounds. The fenced in area was wonderful for our Danish Swedish Farm Dog. Lovely and would definitely come back. By all means you must check out their store, Meauwataka General Store. Thank you for everything. Delightful!

We had a great trip! The cabin was exactly as described and was very clean and well organized. Our cell service was basically non-existent but the owner was very up-front about that. There were plenty of books, movies, and games and outdoor space to keep our kids entertained when we were in. Everything from the kitchen cupboards to the light switches were labeled, which was extremely convenient. We had a great time.
