Ruhig gelegen, mit eigenem Zugang und Balkon kann man hier entspannen oder man ist ganz schnell in der Stadt. Zum Klinikum Wetzlar oder auch zur Leica-Welt sind es nur wenige Fahrminuten und bis zur nächsten Bushaltestelle gerade mal 200 Meter.
