A really nice apartment with great amenities (lots of small special features... from lint roll to safe, a fireplace, an Alexa to a very good basic equipment of the kitchen). Everything has been thought of. It felt right at home. And if you forgot something, you could help yourself to the super-equipped kiosk (from various things to eat or drink to toiletries). Payment based on trust. Quick and friendly communication and clear instructions. The house is located in a quiet residential area, with bus stop almost right outside. By bike you were in the city center in 15 minutes. So super doable.

In addition, a perfect location, everything is close by, supermarkets, etc. Also plenty of culture to see. Mechthild's apartment was a dream to be in. Sparkling clean, great shameful decor, very well appointed kitchen and stylish details. We were very kindly welcomed by Mechthild, with a welcome drink and lots of useful hints about the apartment, the nearest bakery and much more. A cozy terrace with barbecue made the equipment perfect. The residential area is very quiet, which guarantees a good night's sleep and yet close enough to explore the city on foot. A good starting point for many excursions in Münsterland. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We only visited for one night, but it had everything we needed, including cooking. The interior is a little older (except the bedroom), but we felt comfortable and slept well. All the windows were darkened and it was nice and quiet. Arrival and departure were straightforward, although we arrived quite late. Overall good value for money!

The Apartment was well appointed, clean and welcoming. All we needed during our week’s stay were provided for. Lidl supermarket is just a stone’s throw away from the apartment hence the convenience of home cooked meals. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay at Havixbeck.

The reception was very welcoming. A call to Julia and everything went perfectly. Her husband Björn received us and showed us the impeccable apartment, as well as the garden and more. The two are hosts as you would like them to be. The furnishings of the apartment are perfect and the kitchen appliances are in top condition and everything works. I would come back anytime. Absolute and unhesitating recommendation.

We were a team preparing for a bike race at Hans-Peter and his wife's. The two were super hospitable and super sweet. Even a dinner together with the rest of the girls on our team was no problem for Hans-Peter. The place was also available in terms of size. We were able to recover very well and prepare optimally for the bike race. It was great!

We had a very pleasant stay with 8 people for one night in the beautiful apartment. We particularly liked the flexible check-in and check-out, as we arrived very late at night and were able to leave the accommodation the next morning by 1 PM. All sleeping places were already prepared and basically everything very clean. Would definitely come back.

The place is clean and cozy. I liked the decor. The beds were comfortable with firm mattresses. The only deduction is the Wi-Fi. The reception is very poor and unstable. We work remotely when we are on the go and that is not possible here without our own equipment.

Anna and Raphael's apartment was the most complete I have experienced so far, now many years of travel experience. For us from the first time Airbnb with baby (10 months) and also for him everything was thought of, up to and including a special baby towel and nice toys. Everything was in the theme ocean, but not exaggerated. Very nice job. The apartment was absolutely sparkling clean. It is a quiet neighborhood, with a nice lake within walking distance. This place is really recommended to get away from it all (and for the Dutch) not have to drive long.

In the middle of the city and yet very quiet, as it is out the back. Lovely apartment with great things like mega coffee maker plus milk frother and projector. Comfortable beds. Everything is available in the kitchen. Communication with Gunnar was very quick and we were allowed to stay in earlier and longer as there were no guests coming after us. He always responded to questions immediately. Highly recommend overall!

Natalia was very responsive when we had an issue with the heating/air conditioning units which we were able to quickly resolve with her guidance. We had a wonderful weekend with two families (4 adults, 5 children). Inside you are wonderfully cozy. Outside for the children (with us they were between 3 and 11 years old) all kinds of things to do. The go-kart, the playground equipment and the games have been fully used. Bakery, Lidl, Plus within walking distance. A walk to the Mill and the village is also made in this way. With only to adult, the cottage seems too small to me, for us it was great. Jan and Ellen are warm, hospitable and really do their best to delight you. We'd love to come back.

Incredible apartment on 3 levels, with large rooms and a huge living room where 6 people or more can hang out while not being on top of each other. Kitchen is very big and very accessible, with all amenities. Laundry with washer and drier also available. Access to a large terrace on the middle level. Parking is free and front of the door. Although not located in the center, the center is easily reachable in 10-15 by walking, depending on where you need to go. Great host, responsive and very helpful. All in all - a great experience!
