Welcome to my personal living dream. The former barn, converted into a residential building, offers a quiet, unique accommodation in the heart of Loga. Personal details tell the story of this house with special charm. The quiet, spacious garden invites you to relax. Centrally located between the castles of Evenburg and Phillipsburg, the apartment offers great cycling and hiking trails & shopping within walking distance. The Leeran center is about 1.5 km away.

Light-flooded terraced house "Thea"

The townhouse "Thea" convinces with cozy retreat corners, e.g. the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa cuddled with a tea.

Vacations for the whole family

Great connections to the city, village or sea. From our apartment, you are at the water within minutes. 10 minutes' drive to Lake Timmeler or approx. 40 minutes to the North Sea.  For shopping trips and sightseeing, it is 15 minutes to the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). There are two bedrooms for 2 people each and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.  You can also enjoy your vacation in the spacious garden.

The apartment features a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom leaves nothing to be desired. The bright rooms of the "Bingumer Dachstübchen" are equipped with satellite TV/free Wi-Fi. A large balcony invites you to breakfast overlooking beautiful nature. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, brand new space. Free rental of two bicycles is possible.

Hafenfewo Weener/Apt. 2 - Vacation right on the water

Dear holiday guests, we would be happy to welcome you to our apartment with direct access to the Weeneraner harbor basin. The apartment (ground floor) is equipped with everything you need, it offers the direct view of the water from several rooms. Various garden furniture is available in the large garden. This apartment, lovingly refurbished in July 2024 in the district of Aschendorf, offers space for 3-4 people with its 72 square meters. It's on the upper floor of a single-family house. The apartment includes the 24 sqm roof terrace with views over fields. A Carport is available for a car and/or bicycles. E-bikes can be charged there. Various shopping facilities are only 1km away.

Vacation home in Leer-Nüttermoor

The apartment is located on the upper floor of our house (private entrance) and offers spacious 100 m² of space for a maximum of 7 guests in 3 separate bedrooms. The apartment is located in the idyllic district of Nüttermoor. It is about 5 km to Leeran city center. The apartment is modernly furnished and offers everything you need for a nice time in East Frisia.

New Luxury Large Apartment

The quiet location in the Historic Voorstraat with its beautiful Monuments, you can sit comfortably on your private terrace. With a view of the fountain. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare a delicious meal. Then relax on the large sofa by the TV or read a book by the pellet stove. Then dream away in the large double bed of 180/200 .

The apartment is absolutely quiet, safe and conveniently located. Within walking distance of Evenburg Castle, directly in front of the house is the city park - ideal for a morning dog walk or romping around with children.
