We enjoyed our stay at the crab cottage. The golf cart was a definite highlight to cruise around the town. We enjoyed eating out at the local places- definitely good food at lennys and willeys! The children enjoyed the back yard n we loved sitting on the screened porch. Thanx 4 a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Ben and Sadie were very helpful and responsive. They provided clear instructions, which made everything go smooth for us. The home was clean, well stocked and organized. I would definitely recommend booking with Ben and Sadie!

In the last 6 years, this was by far the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The attention to every detail was amazing and very much appreciated. I highly recommend this place. The dogs loved the backyard and the walks by the river. The beach was great to walk on and close by.

Our extended family of five, including a nonagenarian plus a 2 year old dog spent 3 nights at Mari's place. It was perfect for us and exceeded our expectations. The most outstanding thing was how peaceful and comfortable it is there. It's a great place to just hang out and enjoy a beautiful home with a beautiful view. We would be happy to return any time we get the chance.

I'll keep it short, this was our second Thanksgiving stay at Collette's, my previous 5-star review from Nov 2023 stands unchanged (so go read it), this is still an amazing place!

The home was lovely and well-appointed with everything you could need to enjoy a relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked; the outdoor spaces were well designed Raisa was friendly and very responsive.

We had a wonderful get away from the city. House was warm and comfortable. Our host was extremely helpful and professional. Highly recommend to everyone.

Our family had a great time at Connie’s! The kids had loads to do in the game room and we all enjoyed the scenic views and relaxing environment. Bathrooms were also super clean. The refrigerator is enormous and was helpful because there aren’t too many food places around so we cooked a lot. Connie was responsive and friendly. We would recommend her place!

I stayed here with my three kids for a little getaway, and we had the best time. The place was super clean and spacious, and the modern decor and finishes were clearly chosen with care—it just felt really good to be there. The game rooms were such a fun touch, each with its own theme, and the kids were obsessed! One of our favorite parts was the scavenger hunt—it was such a fun and unexpected surprise, and it gave us a memory we’ll definitely hold onto. The host was incredibly kind, polite, and respectful. Overall, it was just a great experience and a really special trip with my kids.

Andrea was extremely proactive and responsive to our questions, even reaching out ahead of time to make sure we were aware of work being done and arranged for late check-out, a huge help for our group. The local recommendations were really appreciated, and it's such a beautiful location along the water.

House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

The home and property were peaceful and quiet. We especially loved the spacious, (all weather) sunny enclosed porch. The kitchen and family room were comfy and had everything we needed. We walked the neighborhood with our dogs and the beach was beautiful as well as relaxing. Such a wonderful weekend get away.

Emory was a fantastic host and the house was perfect for our group. Lots of space, things to do in the community, and felt welcomed by neighbors. Emory was super responsive and accommodating to our group. Would highly recommend this place!

This was a beautiful home with everything you need and more to feel at home! The hot tub was relaxing and the screened in porch made for a relaxing hang out area. The host was super friendly and responds right away! 10 out of 10 experience will be booking a stay here again in the future!

What a lovely house, so thoughtfully furnished and generously supplied! The design touches evoke an Outer Banks beach house, but unlike many a beach house we’ve rented over the years, this is one is nearly new, fresh, and very clean. From the large screened-in back porch, you can enjoy calming views of the river. There’s a small private sandy beach (maybe 10 yards deep by 20 yards long) where you can set up a lounge chair (many are stored in the basement), or from which you can launch one of the supplied kayaks (fun, even for an old novice!). We tried to find public access to a beach in the area that would allow for an extended walk by the water but no luck. So we walked our pups through the quiet neighborhood, a mix of mostly older modest homes and a few larger and newer residences (like this one). The area itself is rural and remote, though it was easy enough to drive 20 minutes to the grocery and an old-fashioned family restaurant (Angelo’s). The hosts were helpful and responsive.

Our 3-day stay at Emy's was perfect for us - two adults and a dog. The home is spacious, well-furnished, supplied with common everyday items and the view is awesome (the home is situated on a high cliff). Lots of spaces to sit/eat/enjoy the outdoors and even the gale-force winds were exciting to experience. At this time of year, the neighborhood was not busy and we were able to walk streets and leisurely stroll to the lake, the beach and the boat ramp. One of our favorite things - the proximity of the Westmoreland State Park and the Geo Washington Monument National Park. Lots of beautiful trails that we loved walking. The home was very comfortable for all of us; our 70-pound dog was able to fully use the outdoor space because it was securely fenced and the grounds were clean and clear of obstacles. Thank you, Emy. We appreciated the opportunity to visit your home and hope to do so again.

We had a wonderful stay at this waterfront Airbnb! The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Since it rained during our stay, we especially appreciated the converted garage space with a pool table and darts was a great way to pass the time. The view from the house was absolutely stunning, and the fenced-in area was perfect for our little dog to run around safely. Sitting outside with a cup of coffee, listening to the rain, was incredibly peaceful. The bed was also very comfortable, and we slept so well. We’d love to come back when the weather is a bit warmer to fully enjoy everything this place has to offer.

We've stayed here a few times now and it's always been great. It's spacious and we can host Thanksgiving with plenty of space for family/friends. There are bedrooms and bathrooms everywhere - perfect for a large gathering. My parents used the cottage this time and it was great for them. They could get away from the group when they needed to and be with us when they wanted to. Tom is always super helpful. We'll see you again!

Always enjoy our stay at Kinsale Cottage. The home is clean and well decorated, the beds are beyond comfortable and you can't beat the view. looking forward to many more visits.

We were born and raised in the area, but moved away many years ago. This trip was about coming home to see the family. The cottage was clean and comfortable and I truly felt at home. I would recommend this host and location and I would love to stay again as I come home to visit at least once a year.

My family enjoyed 2 very peaceful days at The Boyce Cottage. We were looking for a quiet get away where we could fish, kayak, bike, and stare at the water. The cottage was spacious with a huge yard. We loved sitting around the fire pit with our dog and just relaxing. If we had stayed one more day we would have explored Warsaw and Colonial Beach. It was early in the season so unfortunately we did not have any luck catching fish. The kayaks were great and easy to access. I would return to this cottage once the dock is complete. I read that the owners are getting bids and hoping for the dock to be in this year. The beds were comfy and I loved the view from the master.
