This apartment is in the city center. Within walking distance of the metro, which takes you to the heart of Rotterdam city center in 30 minutes, and 3 minutes by car and 10 minutes on foot to the beach at Hoek van Holland. Enjoy hiking in the woods, as the apartment is located less than 300 meters from the forest. Take a breath of fresh air along the waterway on the Emmaboulevard where sea ships/cruise ships sail in and out of the port of Rotterdam. The picturesque Berghaven and various restaurants in the village are also within walking distance.

Enjoy the hospitality of host René & hostess Aafke. We live close to the beach. Along the LF1 cycling route. Nice for hiking or cycling. Or for the beach with terraces. The village itself (300 m) is also very cozy, with many shops and terraces. Lidl is open until 9pm, Sundays until 6pm Albert Heijn is open until 10 pm, Sundays until 9 pm If you arrive by train or boat (Harwich), we would like to come and pick you up. Because of the stairs, we do not consider the accommodation suitable for children under 2 years old.

Hoek van Holland by the sea

Apartment includes 2 floors of a 1930s house with roof terrace in the center of Hoek van Holland. Several supermarkets are within walking distance. Apart from some chatty seagulls, the location of the house is quiet. Apartment is less than 10 minutes' walk from metro station "Hoek van Holland Haven" and the "Stena Line" boat to England. From "Hoek van Holland Haven" you can take the metro to the beach (1 stop, 2 min). The beach is about 2.5 km from the apartment.

It is located in the south of the city, and the street has access to the bus, tram and bike rental, making mobility easily available anywhere in the city and the surrounding area. In 15 minutes you can reach the beach or city center by public transport, and you can also walk to parks in 20 minutes where you can enjoy nature.

Relax and feel at home in my cottage. You have full access to my apartment, with the exception of my dressing room, which is locked. Feel free to use all electronics, such as the washing machine, hair straightener, TV, computer monitor, and so on. Because this is really my personal place with my own stuff, I kindly ask you to treat it with respect. Not suitable for people with dog allergies.
