Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Westhampton Beach

We had a wonderful mother-daughters’ weekend at Liz’s home. The house is nicely renovated and has everything you need for a wonderful family getaway. The house is all on one floor and is perfect for those with mobility issues, which was ideal for celebrating my mom’s 80+ birthday. We loved the location, being close to lots of Hamptons’ cities but super quiet, serene, and private. Super comfy beds and linens, great bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen that was excellent for breakfasts in the morning. The backyard is beautiful and looks even better than the pictures. Plus Liz is an incredibly gracious host! She allowed for us to have flexible check-in and check-out times, and even provided excellent local recommendations for ADA compliant restaurants and activities—all of which were very helpful and made our trip and stay enjoyable and comfortable. She even had a step stool delivered for us to use. She went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. Our thanks again, Liz!

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb. The home was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, yet close to the beaches and restaurants. The host was exceptionally welcoming and responsive, making check-in seamless and offered great recommendations throughout our stay. I especially loved the outdoor space—it was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine at the fire-pit. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an escape to the Hamptons!

We had a great weekend in Mattituck! The house is in a great location close to the vineyards and we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful backyard. It was a quiet and a peaceful escape from the city. Fabio was also a kind and informative host.

We really enjoyed meeting Steve and getting his recommendations for things to do. Everything is very well thought out and planned for your comfort. Steve is easy to work with and very responsive. The view and interior design make it a soothing and relaxing environment. We enjoyed the proximity to The Hamptons and made it all the way to the Montauk lighthouse taking the old highway as he suggested. Gorgeous! We had really good takeout from JCs when we wanted to eat in and just enjoy the peacefulness of it all. One of our favorite trips!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Eileen's beautiful waterfront home. The view from the living room and primary bedroom of the water was so peaceful. The kitchen was well appointed and the cozy living room made for a wonderful family gathering spot when we weren't dining out at the fabulous nearby restaurants, visiting wineries, or viewing local scenery. Eileen was incredibly responsive to small questions we had. We would definitely book again!!

Sarah’s place was absolutely lovely! Super clean and well stocked kitchen for making a meal. Sarah was also very responsive and had great local recommendations. Our group also found the beds to be quite comfortable! Highly recommend!

Had a great stay here! The house is clean, spacious, cute and comfortable. The hosts are very easy to communicate with, and went out of their way to be accommodating. I definitely recommend it.

Spent to my birthday here with my husband, dogs and toddler. Had my gender reveal birthday cake, outback under the sunset. Truly magical.✨ The backyard was ideal. Was able to tie the dogs to the deck with a 20 foot leash. It kept them contained to the backyard & away from beach goers on foot and other dogs. The dunes kept the backyard private you’re not staring at your neighbors. Felt so secluded. I also have some mobility issues and you couldn’t ask for an easier way to enjoy the beach & get your toes in the sand. The house & deck are spacious and easy to navigate with a walker. Was able to add extra days to our stay. Would 100% stay here again.

Stunning little spot, tucked away in a quiet and beautiful surrounding. The amenities were wonderful like fresh ground coffee, interesting books, and great vinyl collection. The layout of the house was really cool, including the winding stairs and lofty bedroom. All in all, the perfect spot for a little hamptons weekend.

Had a great stay. Jamie was helpful and responded quickly, and accommodated us kindly. The house is very close to the ferry, which made the trek with luggage very easy. The house is one lot from the ocean, and hot tub on the roof has a great view. The mattress was also really great, sleeping well isn’t usually in the Pines experience but it was a highlight this trip

I really enjoyed myself on this brief stay and would gladly stay again the next time I’m on Long Island. Everything was positive, from my communication with Edward, to their flexibility when I overslept, to the comfort of the bed. Highly recommended if you’re on Long Island and don’t feel like staying at a hotel.

this was my 4th time staying at this air b and b and as usual I dodnt want to leave!!. Sarah and Phil where amazing. I love going to this air b and b becouse its so peaceful and calm and its like be at home. I will be back again. if you looking for an awsome place to stay look no futher!!! this is thr place to go!! this family is wonderfully and beautiful people. This was a great stay. It was clean and in a very cozy area. The bedroom was very cute as it was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities I needed for my stay. The kitchen was extremely clean and had everything down to even ice cubes in the freezer. You don’t need to buy anything for the kitchen use. The water pressure in the sink was quite intense too! The bathroom was clean, but I will say if you are on the bigger side don’t stay here because it is quite small but if not it’s perfect. The living room is very clean and spacey and perfect for snuggling up and watching tv. Keep in mind this is a basement so there are people upstairs and you can hear them quite a bit. But to me it wasn’t a bother Regarding the area it is pretty dense over there, but I did find some amazing food. I was celebrating my anniversary and we went to sea basin and we also went to inferno burger. Inferno burger was the BEST! Patrick was wonderful/ responsive and respectful of our privacy. WOULD STAY AGAIN!

Great place ideally located next to town and the view is amazing. highly recommend in particular for short term stay.

Bridget, (the hostess with the mostest!) We very much enjoyed our stay in your lovely air bnb, it was perfect for our needs enabling us to be near family and friends yet have the quiet down time that was much needed. Being back in the old neighborhood was a super plus too, still a lovely area with local stores and restaurants and so many places to see and explore around town. Mark's place was exactly what I was looking for to ring in the New Year in style, comfort and complete relaxation! I was able to start each day with a quiet cup of coffee and then head directly to the beach for a long morning walk (just a short drive away). Montauk Manor is an absolute hidden gem for a winter break and the indoor pool and hot tub are a rare find in the Hamptons. Check-in/out could not have been any easier and the Manor staff are wonderfully welcoming and friendly. There were still a good number of local shops open, including Left Hand Coffee. 100% recommend for all seasons and will eagerly book again!

we had s great time staying at the apartment! it was way more spacious than we thought from the pictures, the balcony was amazing, you‘ll have sun through the whole day. Doug was a phenomenal host! We got their by LIRR and back with the hampton jitney. We rented two bikes in Montauk and it was amazing exploring the area by bike. Cannot recommend this area and the airbnb enough!

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

Jeff's place has a lot of character and is spacious. The setting is excellent, near the water, with Satterly Landing right down the road. We enjoyed our stay.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
