perfect beach front staycation for families with kids. we were a family of 8 adults, 3 kids, and 1 infant. Service was topnotch, staff was always attentive to guests, and they always made sure we had everything we needed. we also availed of their private chef service for a family celebration, he sticked to the budget and food was delicious! overall, it was a peaceful escape from city life, a chance to commune with nature, and if ever you get bored, boracay is 30 minutes away! thank you to the Moore family for sharing your little piece of paradise! your twins are really pretty, they did a good job of warmly welcoming us on our first day!

We attended a convention at the ICON and Adele's place was perfect because it's only 3 minutes away from the venue. It's also close to the festive walk mall and parade where various restaurants and establishments are located. Easy to get around also especially when you use Grab. Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly and accomodating. When we arrived inside the place, I loved how clean and spotless the place was when we arrived. Felt like everything was new. The place fit the 4 of us, which is a plus. Adele was very responsive to our questions and was easy to communicate with. Amenities was also great. Totally recommend the place. Will definitely book the place again when we go back.

If you want a peaceful place outside the city then this is the best place to relax and have fun with your family and love ones. Carlo and his housekeepers are very friendly and accommodating. Excellent Host! We had an issue with the internet on arrival and she had PLDT fiber installed up to 500 MPs download 100+ upload, never had an issue again. The condos has all the dishes, pots /pans / silverware /linens. There is everything you need within a short walking distance (2 large grocery stores in MegaWorld mall one on Festive walk other in the main mall across the street), the building has a nice gym and pool. The entire area is clean, organized traffic not too busy - reminds me of a mini BGC in Manilla. In summary, it was way better than our expectations and would book again.
