Very good shopping options are within walking distance. The district capital of Itzehoe is a 10-minute drive away, Büsum is a 45-minute drive, and Hamburg is very easily accessible by bus and train.

The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North Sea and the Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

The trailer is about 800 m from the swimming pool and the first shopping facilities. To the rear you have an unobstructed view of meadows and fields. The path to Kellinghusen leads along the dike. Looking over the dike, you have a view of a beautiful wetland with frogs and birds.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house.
