Die Fußgängerzone mit Boutiquen und Läden, das Freizeitbad "Sylter Welle" und das Syltness Center mit sämtlichen Wellnesseinrichtungen sind bequem fußläufig in ca. 300m erreichbar. Im Haus ist eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine u. Wäschetrockner.

Perfect location on Sylt. Our apartment is 15 minutes from the train station, 2 minutes to the beach behind the dune. We have bright, friendly and modern furnishings with dishwasher and south balcony and Wi-Fi. Ideal for families with children or couples. Since we rarely come to Sylt, we occasionally rent it out. The apartment is on the 1st floor and accessible by elevator. We renovated in January 2025 and newly furnished the apartment. In January 2026, we completely renovated the bathroom.

The pedestrian zone is within walking distance of approx. 8 minutes from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.
