We stayed at Karen's place for the third time because we feel very comfortable there. The property is very well equipped. There is also nothing missing in the kitchen. The location is great. You can quickly shop in the village or walk through the dunes to the sea. Or go on bike rides. Communication with Karen is always flawless.

David and his partner are lovely people and they offer a very pleasant place to stay and very well served close to all services. We went there as part of the Dunkirk Carnival and were able to access the dike very easily. I frankly recommend this place and the owners who make it available because you will undoubtedly have a great stay.

What a fantastic experience! Our stay at this Airbnb was really great. The cottage was very clean, taken care of to the last detail – you immediately felt that they work here with love. The location is wonderfully quiet, ideal for completely relaxing after a day out. Nevertheless, everything you want to see or do is close by: sights, cozy restaurants are all easily accessible. The friendly operator also deserves a special mention – super hospitable you immediately feel welcome. In short, highly recommended.

The accommodation was perfect for these few days spent in the area: great location, tastefully decorated and with everything you need.

All in all, a really great stay. The apartment has everything you need, and the view from the 8th floor is amazing. When the sun is shining, the terrace furniture makes it a wonderfully cozy spot to relax. Just a tip: if your toddler is used to a soft mattress, you might want to consider bringing one along. As is common, the available travel crib only has a padded hard bottom. As for the location, besides the proximity to the beach and the promenade leading to Bredene, the neighborhood has become livelier in recent years, which is positive. Since parking is still free here, we suspect many people take advantage of it to cross over to Ostend city center, which significantly increases the wait times for the free ferry. At times, we had to wait over an hour and only got on the third ferry, which really tested our little one’s patience. Taking the tram to Ostend unfortunately isn't much quicker either, as it requires quite a walk to the nearest tram stop.

Very nice place with a breathtaking view of the sea

The apartment met our expectations, everything was very clean. Everything necessary is available. You felt right at home and welcome. A Senseo was available as a coffee maker. Perfect for us. The good and fast contact with the landlord, who is always directly at your side with help and advice, is particularly noteworthy. The associated private parking space is also worth its weight in gold. In the area you can't park anywhere for free and in the season all parking spaces are often occupied. We were very pleased and would come back any time. Full recommendation from us!

Quiet stay, within walking distance of the beach and dunes. Nice that there is a large terrace so you can eat outside in sunny weather. Extensive kitchen and everything very neat! We'd love to come back.

Very good place! The accommodation is very well located, 2 minutes from the Kursaal, and 3 minutes from the beach. Comfortable and functional, well-equipped, there's even a pleasant garden. Lucie is adaptable and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place!

The place was super nice! Everything you need, very clean, check in hassle-free, three minutes walk from the beach, super nice cafe, right across the street, the center 10 minutes from the apartment within walking distance, elevator available, right parking in front of the door. Everything great! Attention to everyone: don't leave anything out of the apartment door, unfortunately my shoes were stolen. We will be happy to come back! The apartment is absolutely recommended, also because communication is smooth and very helpful. An absolute highlight is the underfloor heating! The kitchen is in absolutely top condition, with super working stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with capsules (I personally am not the capsule fan)!

I had a fantastic stay at Carl’s place. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. It’s located in a quiet area, just a short distance from the beach. There’s a great spot nearby for walking or jogging, and several excellent restaurants are only a 5-minute drive away. I would definitely return and stay there again!

Great stay with very friendly hosts. The apartment is well cared for and everything is available and plenty of crockery etc. We enjoyed the stay and it is really recommended for anyone who wants to go to the coast and is looking for an apartment with fantastic views.

The accommodation is very well located: from the apartment you can hike in the dunes, in Dunkirk, enjoy a view of the beach, have a good time in the beach bars… In addition, the apartment is well-equipped, the host knows their region, the links provided were very useful to us. Just a shutter that didn't work

Quiet, very close to the sea, original. We enjoyed this stay at Sylviane's who is welcoming and full of good advice.

Very nice apartment and fully matches the photos, right next to the waterfront and very close to the center, shops are in the immediate vicinity, it's very convenient. Communication with Josette was seamless and she was very responsive in answering our questions during the stay. We were also able to visit Bruges which is 25 mins drive away. Parking is right next to the building and easy to access. I would recommned this property.

We had a pleasant stay over a long weekend at Erik's apartment. The apartment was clean, as described and especially in the kitchen excellently equipped (utensils, but also spices etc.) The location was good, the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes and the city center is about 15 minutes by bus. On the second day, the water pipe was damaged during construction work on the street in front of the house. Erik had pointed it out to us before we noticed it ourselves - excellent communication!
