Great accommodation! Ola was a great host! Love the very fast communication with Ola and his brother, both are gentlemen. Definitely will 100% rebook this spot. The penthouse unit is wonderful, filled with great sunlight and views from all directions. The building has fantastic amenities (pool, gym, free parking, meeting rooms) and a great neighborhood.

The place was so nice and exactly how the listing describes. This building is amazing and I would stay in any unit in here because there is so much to do. They also let us check in early which was so accommodating. 10/10!

Me and my family stayed at NHI place one night before our cruise and 2 nights after our cruise. The place is very clean and nice, Nhi is very professional she response very quick, she has everything you need there, very clean and just like the picture.. easy check in. Cristina's place was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable and we slept so well. If you are someone who needs a good comfortable bed, look no further, this is it. Everything was clean and well maintained. Kitchen is stocked with all the cooking needs and the private patio area was enjoyable. Both bedrooms are on opposite sides of each other, not sharing a wall, which is really nice for privacy. Close to shopping, 15 minutes from the airport and a quiet neighborhood. Air conditioning worked very well and kept everyone very comfortable. Would definitively stay her again and would highly recommend it.

Perfect for our short stay! Comfortably accommodated our family of 8 and the location was great. Ezequiel was very responsive with any questions we had.

The place is super luminous and well furnished, it looks like a magazine apartment on the inside. Alex let us have an early check in and late check out. Communication was perfect. Totally recommend 🥳

I’m so happy to have found Jordon’s listing, The Penthouse’s energy is everything you want for a stay in Miami and the surrounding area is magical, very close to beaches and boat shows Extremely clean, safe and so peaceful, it has everything you will need utensils, tissues, towels, washer/dryer, fast internet, black out shades, amazing lights, refreshments, super comfortable, great coffee machine & so much more. Very secure building with great staff and amazing pool & jacuzzi amenities. Easy check in and check out. Jordon is so kind and positive and really takes care of the Penthouse.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beautiful ocean view from the spacious balcony was a highlight, and the location couldn't have been better - perfect for easy access to everything nearby. The location of the Airbnb is ideal, located in a place where restaurants, shopping and bars and entertainment are all walking distance.
