We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay for our wedding. Penny is incredibly welcoming and generous, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is absolutely beautiful, with amazing views that took our breath away. Watching the sunsets was magical, and we loved the serene atmosphere with kangaroos and goats roaming nearby. The friendly cat was such a sweet and unexpected bonus, making the stay even more special. We are so grateful we got to share her space during such a meaningful time in our lives. Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. The home has everything you need, check in was sooooo easy and provided a restful home for our weekend.

Howard's place was lovely. If you have kids, you'll love the playground right outside the door of your accommodation. The equipment is a little old though. Howard calmed my poor dogs down when they were crying with anxiety after we left them for a day out in town. He was very accommodating to the last day extension to our trip; we really loved the area and wanted to stay one more day. The shower is a tight squeeze if you are a large person, you definitely cannot fit two in there! Overall, lots of space, lovely place. They gave us our privacy which we love. We would come back again!

Jane’s place was so peaceful and beautiful. It was everything we hoped for and more for a quiet getaway to relax and unwind. The board games and vinyl player were a lovely touch. Jane was also super responsive and helpful during our stay. Would definitely come again!

Peter was an amazing host from start to finish. He was extremely responsive any time we had a question, he replied almost instantly with helpful and clear answers. It really made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. He offered us a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated! The apartment itself great, the view of the city from the windows was stunning. The location was super convenient everything we needed was close by, from cafes and restaurants to shops and public transport Thanks so much for being a great host!

Wonderful stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Perfect for large family groups, plenty of space to come together and separate for quiet time. We had 3 young children and they made good use out of the upstairs living space (“playroom”) and trampoline. The pool once we got it sorted was the perfect temperature. Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Great kitchen and welll stocked with cleaning products as was the laundry. Check in/out was easy and Anna was friendly and a very responsive host.

Peaceful and private location with everything you need within a 15 minute drive. There are several different areas to hang out in and around the house, offering space for large groups of guests. You can't beat the view from the lounge room though! Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils and basic condiments. Overall, excellent spot for large family or friend gatherings. Just note the extra charges for additional guests/bedrooms. Lucy was very responsive and helpful. Plenty of instruction and information provided prior to and during the stay.

This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. You cannot go wrong al Alieh's lovely place, thank you

What a beautifully styled home - straight from the pages of Vogue magazine! The location is 200m from Lune Croissant which was a fantastic spot to grab morning coffee and treats. And the bed and linen was an absolute dream! Lucas was a super responsive host and helped with any requests quickly. Loved my stay!

Stayed here while attending a funeral and it was a perfect peaceful location. Cinema room a massive plus. Everything was clean and tidy and beds very comfy. House of payne! far from it! The house was wonderful. Easy walk to beach, golf club, restaurants. A bonus was the hot tub , ready to go. Best relaxation after a full day fishing in the boat. we had a day of high temperature, the house did warm up in the upstairs bedrooms. Great place form family to stay. Thanks again.

The place was very comfortable. The pantry was well stocked. The ice trays were filled. There was an abundance of plates cups and cutlery. Appliances were complete and working. Beds and couch were comfy. They also had baby high chair and portacot available to borrow. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

We travelled to Portarlington for a friend's wedding and Matthew's house was the perfect place for a long weekend with four adults and two children. The house itself was spacious and lovingly decorated and the kids really enjoyed playing 'Goodminton' in the backyard. It's within walking distance of the shops, beach, pier and many good cafes and restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it if you're looking for accommodation in the area.

What a beautiful house. We stayed here because the original property we booked through air bnb (another of Kim’s properties) was unexpectedly unavailable so Kim was good enough to upgrade us free of charge to this house. Location was beautiful, lovely park less than a minute from the house great for our 3 year old. Nice and clean, spacious, lovely garden. My partner was super happy with his 40th birthday trip. Melbourne was awesome we will definitely be back. Thanks Kim we had a great time.

Loved staying at this renovated home in the middle of Fitzroy. The kitchen is fantastic, has everything you could need. The house was immaculate and well looked after. Enough parking for two cars and an extra permit for parking on the street. We had a fantastic week and I suspect will be back. Just a heads up for future guests - there is an extremely bright skylight in the front bedroom that can't be blocked out, so make sure anyone in that room is an early riser or has an eye mask.

Little Retreat is relaxing and in a great location. We didn’t use the spa but it looked inviting. The bathroom was fresh and clean and I appreciated the Turkish towels. To me it felt like bush meets beach. It is bushy all around the accommodation and the lake. It felt relaxing and private. I really appreciated the electric barbecue to cook on. Suzy and Rick were easy to communicate with. They obviously love sharing their property.

Lewis went above and beyond what was required - we had long air flights across time zones so he made sure we had the instructions for the lock box. The flat is very close to lots of eateries and Lewis has details of which streets to look along. It’s close to the CBD and just opposite a large park, and the flat is lovely inside. A great place to stay.
