You will have a private room with your own keypad entrance, thermostat and bathroom, T.V. with internet access, mini fridge, serving ware, coffee maker, fruit and yogurt in the fridge! We also have a toaster oven in case you want to warm up leftovers. There’s venues, studios, and bars booming with more culture all only blocks away. Uber / Lyft is a great way to get anywhere quick - usually a 15 min ride to downtown. Public transit options are the CTA El Train (Pink Line 18th stop is 0.7 mile walk from our house) or CTA Bus (18th & Racine stop is a block away). Once you’re at the transit stop both options take about a 20 - 30 minute to downtown. There are other bus lines nearby that take you other places (i.e. McCormick Place) - feel free to ask us for help when you arrive. Street parking is free in certain areas for those who are driving. Please message us and we’ll direct you where to park. We are a 20 minute cab ride from Midway International Airport and 40 minutes from O'Hare without heavy traffic, double these estimates if traffic is heavy (rush hour, accidents, etc).

A 10 min walk to the BLUE LINE serving O'Hare & Downtown. And Divvy bikes 1/2 block away.

Really enjoyed our stay at Marc's place! His cozy apartment with a coffee machine and high ceiling was perfect for a weekend trip. Marco was also really responsive and alwasys ready to help. The only thing which may make you feel a little uncomfortable is parking, which really depends on the traffic. But we were lucky and it was n ot the issue. If you are going to Chicago, definitely recommend this place!

Florin was an amazing host! Seemless check in and wonderful location. I still can't believe how clean this place was. I'm very picky about cleanliness and I felt so comfortable no matter what room I was in. This was our first trip to Chicago and everything we needed was in walkable distance. The location was spot on and it was a very beautiful part of the city. This will definitely be our go to place to stay next time we are in the area.

I could not rave enough about this place. It has a lot of old Chicago charm mixed with a fun modern take. We’ve been traveling and staying in Airbnbs a lot lately, and can firmly say this has been one of the better stocked locations in terms of kitchenware and making you feel well at home. The living room was perfect for hanging out and watching shows in the evening. The bed was really comfortable! Which for me is a necessity with back problems. Along with on a quiet street to rest easily. It’s definitely one of those places that makes you daydream of owning a place like this if you’d live in the area.

Charming & Cozy 4BD Retreat Steps to Wrigley Field

Staying at Victor's was absolutely perfect. My 6 friends and I were perfectly comfortable - the beds were cozy and the space was large enough for everyone to gather comfortably without feeling squished. Honestly, we probably could have easily slept 2-3 more folks. The location was close enough to bus stops and Wrigleyville to walk into the area or bus somewhere fun without the rowdy noise of the neighborhood keeping us up. There was plenty of closet space in 3 of the 4 rooms. In the fourth room, there was a little dresser that was appropriate for one person's things. The lockpad was very simple and convenient for entry and checking in and out. Something I really appreciated about Victor's place was that the checkout only required putting used towels in the hamper, taking out the trash, and loading the dishwasher - no stripping the beds or any of that.
