My spare room is for rent

PLEASE NOTE THE SHOWER IS CURRENTLY OUT OF ACTION but the bath tub is working fine. Spare room for rent in my shabby chic home in quiet leafy street between Shepherds Bush and Chiswick in West London. No TV allowed but there is WIFI, a grand piano and a pair of SL1210s - so lots to do! Big desk in a quiet room to work from. One person or a couple sharing. Big discounts automatically applied for weekly and longer stays. Sadly no cat at the moment. Help yourself to breakfast in the kitchen.

My home is in a period house with roof terrace which overlooks London filled with light. It is second floor with wide stairs and no lift however easily accessible. 5 minute walk from Putney overground and 7 minute from East Putney tube. There is a private bathroom , power shower and separate bath. Access to kitchen includes breakfast bar, sofa seating area, kettle, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. Use of Private Roof Terrace with sitting/dining area with lighting and power sockets 😊

Enjoy bed & breakfast in a friendly household, happy to advise on the best way to get around town and recommend local pubs, restaurants and places to visit. We're in Zone 2. The room is ideal for one. (We also offer a single/double with a private bath). We're in quiet street, close to excellent transport options, with no pets. Our neighbourhood is 'vibrantly diverse', safe, with fast connections to sights & shops in the centre. You can walk to the Thames & huge Westfield shopping mall.

I in a pleasant and secure district (the ex-Prime Minister lives nearby) which is also great for reaching Portobello Road, Ladbroke Grove and the Westfield Shopping Centre. The transport links are greatest with tubes, buses & overground trains nearby, and you can get all ove London. You will share the house with a quiet family and 1 friendly pug and two Boston terriers
