Sonia was a great host, super responsive and flexible to our needs too! The location itself, oh my god! The views are amazing, walking distance into the city, Salamanca and some bush walks too! Waking up to the sunrise over the bay and the city is just as amazing as falling asleep to the city lights! Would definitely recommend booking this accommodation if you're planning a trip to Hobart and would like a great, quiet spot to take in what Tasmania has to offer.

Great accommodation: clean, comfortable, with free carpark right under the unit. Walking distance to beautiful walking path of Sandy Bay. Easy access to CBD. Lisa is a very responsive host.

Incredible views and personal service, I wish we didn’t have to leave! The apartment is beautiful, large and comfortable. We travelled with my one year old son and they were kind enough to provide a cot, high chair, change mat and even a little box of toys and baby items. It was very unexpected and I was so grateful. I’ll be sharing the apartment with all of my family for when they visit Hobart.

Great location and had exactly what we needed in preparation for Hobart Airport Marathon. I would recommend to anyone as there is a car space, restaurants and Salamanca markets within walking distance. Apartment was absolutely spotless!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Maria’s. Plenty of room for the teenagers to have their own space. Large spacious and comfortable living and kitchen/dining area (including an outdoor seating area). Beds were extremely comfortable. Walking distance to supermarket and down to the marina. Maria was great with her communication and would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Hobart.

The location was great and the apartment was exactly as described and perfect for the 5 of us. Also, the hosts were very proactive and responsive/helpful. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Hobart.

Wow, this place was awesome. We loved staying here! The location was great and we were able to enjoy the Salamanca Market on Saturday. Kim gave us many great recommendations for things to do and where to eat. It was a great home base for checking out the rest of Tasmania.

Pam was extremely flexible as we arrived late and left early. She was there to make sure everything was OK. Amazingly clean area with everything you need. Highly recommended.

My only regret is staying just one night! What a comfortable, clean, modern space. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. The air conditioning worked very well in our very minor heat wave. Julian was clear with instructions on parking and accessing the building which I really appreciated. We will for sure be back.

They went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like freshly baked bread and homemade jam, which were a real treat. The accommodations were perfect - fully equipped with everything we needed and in an unbeatable location right across the road from the beach. We only stayed one night in this charming home but loved it. The maps had a hard time finding the place but Christine gave great directions . It has such a lovely cottage vibe with fun, eclectic decor—and the sheep outside were a bonus! The amenities were great, with coffee, milk, and even a luxurious spa bath. As we were on a hiking road trip, the washer/dryer combo was a lifesaver. We felt really looked after and would definitely stay again!

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

This was honestly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! The owner is incredibly kind and thoughtful. The facilities were perfect, it truly felt like a home away from home. The washer and dryer are from top brands, so we could wash and dry our clothes safely without worry. They even provided cereal, milk, and plenty of heaters, which made our stay extra comfortable! I don't think I can fully describe how amazing this place is. One thing that really stood out was the owner’s sense of responsibility. We checked in very late, around 9:30 PM, but they still replied to our message within a minute and patiently guided us. Later, when we had some trouble with our car, they came to help us in person within just 20 minutes. We truly felt cared for and supported during our stay. I’m so grateful and honestly don't know how to thank them enough. Highly recommend this place to anyone!! The view was perfect !!!!!
