Het lichtrijke appartement is vlak bij het mooie Maria Hendrikapark. Als je dit prachtige bospark met 4 grote vijvers doorkruist kom je na een 10 tal minuutjes aan de Mercator. Het hart van Oostende. Daar ben je ook vlakbij het station. De buurt is hier heel aangenaam en residentieel. Er is een winkel vlak om de hoek . Perfect verblijf om een paar daagjes van de zee en het prachtige cultuurvolle Oostende te genieten.

Gerenoveerde woning uit 1930 15 minuten tevoet tot aan de grote markt 2 gastenkamers met een dubbel bed ( 1m60) Kamer voorzien van WC,douche en lavabo,tv Gratis parkeren in de straat. Tussen 9u en 18u om de 4u de parkeerschijf wisselen. Nadien gratis zonder parkeerschijf Gratis koffie en thee in het onderverdiep.
