The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. The Guest House has not been used until 2016. About 10 miles to DC & close to Metro. Walk to parks, bus stops, restaurants, and much more. Door parking. Newly furnished.
