We had 2 family groups. One of us stay downstairs in the aquarium room and the other stayed upstairs in Picasso room. Both were clean and comfy. The upstairs room needed the window A/C unit that was suppied, becuase otherwise it is a bit stuffy on a hot days. The downstairs room has central air already. The house is clean and smelled great. We will stay again

I stayed for 3 nights traveling for work. Everything was exactly as expected. The bed was so comfy! The room itself was a little chilly but the bathroom was very warm and the water super hot. Overall everything was very quiet. Obviously it’s out of the hosts control, but the ceiling is very creaky and loud when people are up and moving upstairs. Plenty of street parking. I would stay again.

Great little private room. Clean and having private half bath added to the value. It is listed as a hostel for a reason so if you are looking for absolute silence then get a more expensive place. However, the noise was nothing major and only impacted me a few times in the month I stayed there.

Marsalis had clear communication about everything and my stay was exceptional. The neighborhood is also truly gorgeous. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nicely decorated, plenty of room for my stuff, a great little refrigerator. Bathroom was very clean. Christopher was very quick to answer any questions. The town New Cumberland is nice town to walk around; it had plenty places to eat at. Harrisburg is quite close too. I went there, walked near the river and the Capital.
