It’s a true separate in-law house in a walk out basement. It’s completely furnished & includes a living room, bathroom. laundry room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full size bed off the living room, a day bed with a twin bed and a trundle twin underneath in the living room, and 2 full size air mattresses & 3 TVs. Victor is a suburb of Rochester with many hiking trails. There are wineries, lakes, casinos, & colleges. Its approx. 20 mins from Bristol Mt & we have many theatres.

Nestled in the heart of Victor, NY this fully renovated apartment is a must stay! Located just north of Canandaigua Lake, south of the city of Rochester and 5 minutes from I-90! Visit with the farm animals and tag along for chores if you want. This skoolie is far from the swanky, expensive ones you've seen on social media- this is a simple, rustic and very old bus that we were lucky enough to live in with our kids while we looked for our perfect farm, and now we're happy to share it with you!
