The beautiful monumental farmhouse Huis ten Ham is located in Kerk-Avezaath, centrally in the Netherlands in the heart of the Betuwe. Recently, the farm has been completely renovated and restored with an eye for detail. The house features 9 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The house in Ham is located on the river Linge and has no less than 5 fireplaces and wood stoves, a swimming pool, a jeu de boules court and a large, park-like garden complete with its own island by the Linge.

You pay just over a chalet at the back of the park, but it's worth it; Our chalet overlooks the entire "lake", the beach, playground, swimming pool of the Maaspark in Lith. You can relax here! The chalet is full of comforts and of course there is everything available for children because we have them ourselves. If the weather is a bit cooperative, you can't sit more beautifully!
