Great house to host all 13 of us who were in town for a friends wedding! Lots of space for each of us and was very peaceful place by the water. Jim was very responsive if we had a question. It was very clean and well taken care of home. If we ever made our way back down that way, we would stay again!

Hospitable and communicative hosts. Perfect location to visit and tour LSU - and in a very private, safe, peaceful, and upscale neighborhood. Loved the extra touch where the lights were left on for us when we arrived late in the evening. Home was comfortable with old world charm - very clean and tidy. We loved our stay - and we will certainly come back when in the area.

The location was perfect for my group’s needs. We were within walking distance to Raising Canes Convention Center. The house was spectacular! Three bedrooms with comfy beds, two clean bathrooms, a large kitchen, a nice living area to relax, and very affordable. Our host, Deirdre, was wonderful! She responded quickly and helped through every step of the process. You can’t go wrong staying at this home!

Charming, Historic cottage in Downtown Baton Rouge

We were pleasantly surprised with how nice the place was. It was actually bigger than what we expected. Nice kitchen area and a private patio out back. The only issue we had was there was a scheduling issue with the cleaning/turnover after the previous renter, but Lance responded immediately and had the house cleaned within an hour while we went out to dinner. Overall the place was great, with a lot of character in a really nice quiet neighborhood. Very convenient to downtown and the highway.

Gabrielle was amazing! Her rentals were wonderful! An issue came up with our rental after we booked it and Gabrielle contacted me right away to correct the situation. She went above and beyond to make it work for us!! Gabrielle was quick to respond any time I contacted her. I would definitely book with her again!!! We had a great stay! The host communicated clearly and promptly, making everything easy from start to finish. The home was clean, beautifully maintained, and full of character—a stunning Tudor style with lots of unique interior touches. The quaint back garden was a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Randy is great to work with. He is very responsive and communicates well. He wants his guests to have a wonderful experience. He really goes above and beyond to make the process easy. He takes all feedback and works to make things even better. The home could use some welcoming features. It had all we needed, but could use some decor and homey feel. The bathrooms have been updated and are nice. The shower in the master bedroom is great!

Great convenient location. I like that it is gated, so we felt safe. The 2 bedrooms with baths were wonderful. One on the upper floor, kitchen on the middle floor, and the other bedroom and bathroom on the lower floor made for privacy and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen and living room area is very spacious! I highly recommend this!

I had to book a last minute place to attend my mother’s funeral in one of the nearby towns. Bryan’s accommodations worked perfectly for my family of 6. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood which is easy to get to from I-10, and is close to many local places to eat and shop. The house is exactly as described on the listing, and I definitely recommend it if you need a place to stay in Baton Rouge.
