We loved staying at Amy’s charming home. The backyard is spacious and a great place to hang out.

You could not possibly get a better location if visiting LSU, or even Baton Rouge in general. The house was spotless, and has absolutely everything you could ask for. Back porch is covered with seating and a table. Perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Baton Rouge. The place was clean, cozy, and in a great location—close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was very friendly and responsive, making check-in easy. I would definitely recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area!

This house was in great shape. A very quiet community. I can’t wait to come back. I visit family there often and I think I have found the home to come stay at when I’m in town. My mom wants to come back just to relax for a week it’s that quiet and peaceful in the area. The host was very polite and informative before and during my stay. I can’t wait to come back.

We have stayed at numerous AirBnB's but this one was absolutely the best and the Host was the best we have dealt with. A incident occurred in route to this home that made us a day late getting there, of which Keith compensated us for our loss even though this was not even close to his problems he took it on board and assisted us immensely going as far as asking us if we were ok financially. All of this and the home was absolutely perfect and will definitely stay again. Just when you though the world was turning to crap....in walks a gentleman like Keith and all just seems to change. I know I am praising Keith in this review but the host is very important when traveling to new locations. The home? Well it was in a FANTASTIC location, Clean, and very quiet. Job well done Keith......All who are reading this LOCK IT IN NOW! You won't regret it!

We had a great time at the cottage. Recommend-for sure. I would advise publishing the list of rules and regs before bookings. Had a bit of scare when read them day before arrival- my SIL is highly allergic to cats. At time saw the list-“that advises renters that customers should know they need to be allergen free” - was too late to cancel. FORTUNATELY we had no problems at all. House seemed to be free of any cat hair. But scary at first. Had issue with no pots in kitchen- skillets, but no pots and broken microwave- but Collins was very quick to rectify - bought both that day. and we appreciated! Our stay was in cold weather of February- so couldn’t enjoy the wonderful outdoor hot tub. But was great to have the heated enclosed 4th room with windows all around. We were at a family wedding. Spent much of our time out in Baton Rouge. But loved the homey cottage vibe. Beds were very nice, comfortable, and warm. Would recommend for future stays.

Our short family trip here was a perfect, self-contained getaway – we didn't leave until checkout! The home is beautifully designed, fresh, laid out well, and completely appointed with everything we could need. The kitchen was a joy, especially the gas stove and griddle, and was stocked with all essentials and thoughtful extras, like equipment for longer stays and organized food storage. We spent the perfect weather days enjoying the porch and sundeck, watching the ducks, pelicans, and other birds, and even fishing with the convenient prepared rods. The pier lighting created a magical river scene at night. We made use of the large game collection. The shower was spacious for 2 with hot water with great pressure, and aloe gel was a LIFESAVER when a sunburn developed. Everything was sparkling clean and comfortable with extras, and the master bedroom smelled delightful. You can’t beat the value of this beautiful space! Thank you for a memorable family experience! We’ll be back!

I wish I could give 6 stars very nice place and host!

James really went above and beyond for us, as we were scheduled to fly out, the place booked was not available to us as the person staying there could not go back home to Florida due to the storms. This sent me into a spiral as we were coming in on Parents weekend along with 9,400+ others and I feared we had nowhere to stay or even finding a place to stay. James went out of his way to get 2 of his non furnished studios furnished and ready in the mere hours of our traveling to make sure we had a place to stay once we arrived! He really went out of his way to make things happen and I could not be more appreciative of him. My daughter is a freshman and I would say we will be using James again in the future!

Thank you so much James for this super clean and quiet place to celebrate the holidays . This place was everything and more !

The place is exactly like the photos. Bed is comfy. No nosy neighbors even though there are kids nearby. It felt like home

James was very responsive. Check in/check out instructions were very clear. The apartment is recently renovated, furniture, including beds, were new, unit was very clean, and fit our needs.

James place was great! Close to LSU, safe, and private. We enjoyed the nearly new bedding and furniture. We definitely will stay again!

This was a lovely home, very clean and host provided all the essentials for our stay. It was a bit different to find the unit so be sure to pay attention to the host’s directions. I had to call her back a few times because we got a bit lost. This was one of the most lovely and inviting places I have stayed at so far. It is very close to LSU if you are in town visiting students. The area is lovely!

Laura was very pleasant and responded quickly to all of my questions. She went to check out the rental before we arrived to make sure everything was in order. Enjoyed communicating with her.

John's place was super comfortable and cozy and within walking distance to LSU campus - which was the purpose of our trip. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The sun room is also a perfect working space if needed. Kitchen has all the appliances you need, including coffee pods! Overall a very pleasant experience.

Was working in the area and this place checked all of our boxes for our long term stay. Beautiful place on the lake with plenty of space.

This is our second time spending our Christmas in Louisiana visiting family. I specifically choose to stay at Claire’s listing when we visit the area. She is a wonderful host. Very hospitable,flexible and always friendly. Her properties always make you like you are home.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming fishing cabin on False River! The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and it was the perfect spot for our family of six (including two kids) and our two dogs. The porch was our favorite place to start each day with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, taking in the peaceful view. The dock was great for a little fishing and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Inside, the cabin was older but cozy and well-equipped. We were able to cook breakfast together, and the kids had a blast watching movies and playing games in the evenings. It really felt like a home away from home. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, was incredibly responsive, and gave us great recommendations for local activities. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and spend quality time with our loved ones. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly retreat!

BEAUTIFUL home. The stay was absolutely darling. The host was easy to talk to and accommodated needs due to code not working. She answered after hours and got my team situated. Would recommend. You wont regret booking!

Wonderful little cottages in an RV park right next to the casino. The loft area was very cozy. Very clean and well kept. It was heated and cool with two mini split style a/c units. 10 min walk to the casino. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay.
