Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. The beautifully furnished small apartment is ideal for two adults with or without a child. In addition to the fully equipped apartment, the small playground right outside the front door, the natural pond, the sauna and the fire pit can be used. Each by appointment. The old half-timbered farmhouse with outbuildings is surrounded by a park-like property with forest. Sauna fee of €10.00 is to be paid on site.

Designed for 2 people, the room is about 55 m² and includes a bathroom, furnished kitchenette, sauna and shower area. Perfect for relaxing. The environment is wildly romantic with a lot of water, meadows and forests. Dog's are welcome. If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.
