Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Ein-Familienhauses, hat einen separaten Eingang, einen eigenen Parkplatz und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in 5 Fahrminuten per Auto erreichbar. Ein Spielplatz ist in der Nähe.

Einfamilienhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage (Sackgasse/verkehrsberuhigter Bereich) im malerischen Stadtteil KL-Dansenberg (Dorfrand, nur 10 Meter bis zum Naturpark Pfälzerwald). Separater Eingang, so dass die Privatsphäre gewahrt ist. Mitten in der Natur - und doch schnell in der Innenstadt von Kaiserslautern (6 km); nur 2 km Entfernung zur Technischen Universität. Die Busverbindung zur Stadt ist gut.

Gemütliche Bleibe Nähe Pfälzerwald

Diese schöne kleine Wohnung wurde vor 15 Jahren gebaut.Von außen mit altem schönen Sandstein,von innen modern. Eine Küche von einem Schreiner gebaut mit einer Spülmaschine, Bad mit Badewann+ Dusche und ein Schlafzimmer mit Familienbett(3m) dort schlafen wir zu 4 :) Die Couch kann man ausziehen. Ein muckeliges Spielzimmer und einen Abstellraum mit Waschtrocknwr gibt es auch. Seit März 2024 gibt es nun auch endlich Wlan :) Wenn ihr Tipps für die Unternehmungen braucht,meldet euch gerne

Aufgrund unserer idyllischen Einzellage befindet sich der nächste Supermarkt gut 5 km, das nächste Einkaufszentrum ca. 8 km entfernt.

Place was really amazing the host was kind and showed me around the apartment. There’s a bunch of restaurants nearby, ranging from 3 to 10 mins by car. There’s stores nearby as well. Theres a hiking trail nearby, 5 minute walk from the place. The kitchen has all the amenities, so we cooked while there. The terrace and the pool were my favorite parts of this place. Will be visiting again hopefully soon! I highly recommend this stay if you want a nice relaxing weekend, for you and friends or as a couple.

We werden door Elke hartelijk ontvangen. Alles klopte zoals we het ons hadden voorgesteld. Het zolderappartement mag een volwaardig appartement genoemd worden. Alle leefruimtes zijn zeker ruim genoeg voor 4 personen. In de keuken is alles aanwezig wat men ook maar nodig heeft: oven, microgolf, koffiezet, waterkoker, broodrooster, vaatwas en genoeg potten en pannen, borden, kopjes enz... In de badkamer kan men zelfs gebruik maken van een wasmachiene-droogkast, ook aan de persoonlijke hygiene is gedacht. Alles ligt er netjes en verzorgd bij. Gemakkelijk was ook de carport waar we onze moto's konden zetten. Het huis is voorzien van een onderhouden tuin en een sportruimte die we ook mogen gebruiken. De omgeving is rustig, het is geen door-rij dorp en toch ligt Oberarnbach nabij de autosnelweg, waarvan niets te horen valt. Wij geven een "dikke pluim" aan Elke ! Zeker een aanrader om nog eens terug te gaan, we hadden een gezellige tijd. Armand, Gina en Chris

This was my second time using this place, so I suppose it is clear that I found it worthwhile the first time. Centrally located. Short walk to the train station, and two bus stops in the immediate vicinity. Clean, well lit with big windows, functional kitchen, nice shower. Oh… and AC, a rather rare find which came in handy for the couple of times that it was needed. The host is very friendly. Recommended…

Leuke moderne ruimte. We hebben genoten van de omgeving en het was fijn terug komen in het appartement. De kleine details zoals een dekentje op de bank, een houder voor schoenen, de ledkaarsjes maakte het echt een home away from home.
