Good starting point for activities. On the upper floor it is cozy rustic with wood. The first floor, on the other hand, has a normal house character with tiles etc.

Nice place and Till was very friendly, helpful, and communicative. Clean and kitchen is stocked with everything 1-2 people need in terms of cookware, cutlery, etc. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing location within short driving distance of many good hiking paths in the Harz. We stayed with Anke and Andreas in Benneckenstein over the Easter holidays. The cottage has been beautiful and perfect for our larger family. was also great that we were able to bring our dog. Everything we needed was there. We also found it positive that the kitchen was superbly furnished to take care of all people (often not the case in cottages.) The rooms were lovingly and comfortably furnished. We will be happy to come back!

At Villa Fips, we felt right at home. The whole ground floor is nicely decorated and very spacious. Upstairs there are more than enough bathrooms and bedrooms also for large groups. Everything was very clean and also the kitchen was super equipped. We lacked nothing. The contact with Christine was very nice, helpful and even with some tips for things to do in the area.

We really liked the original, cozy cottage. No wishes left unfulfilled in the furnishings, a wonderful dining area and cozy sleeping accommodations. Bed linens and towels included - that would have been perfect. But even so, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

For the price a really nice place on a great location. The highlight for us was the large and fully fenced garden. The seating area (both dining table and couch) was quite tight for six adults plus baby. The upper bedroom does not have its own door, the noises from the living area penetrate unfiltered upwards accordingly. This didn't bother us any further. We had a really nice time in this lovingly furnished house with almost unbeatable value for money!

Had a nice stay! The apartment has clearly been refurbished recently and everything feels new, comfortable and was sparkling clean. It is also fully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The kitchen also has all kinds of material you could wish for. Beautiful views from the living room and the shared swimming pool is a nice extra. I would definitely recommend it.

An all-round successful booking! Although pets are allowed, there was no hair or the like in the house. The cleaner can feel tapped on the shoulder: Everything was very clean and well maintained. The fireplace worked great and the kitchen was above average well stocked. There was plenty of room to live in, and we also found many games that sweetened our children's evening hours. Finally, we found it very pleasant and relieving in every way that each of the 3 floors had its own toilet. We really enjoyed the time in Lonau! Small special feature on the edge: In the village, there is a mini golf course, which can be played free of charge. The highlight is that everyone can borrow a racket, balls and a game plan from a large storage box for free!

Had a great hiking holiday staying at the place. Highly recommended! Location is great for going on day hikes around Harz and the area is very peaceful and full of nature.

The house has a great location. You can walk very quickly to Bad Sachsa or on great hiking trails. Perfect with children. Ute is a great hostess who also inquired about us in between

The apartment is cozy and has 2 separate (small) bedrooms. The building complex is interesting and offers a lot of entertainment (pool, billiards, games room, playground, hike). The views and amenities were great. Parking situation not optimal due to construction work, but you can always find a place. Very suitable for families. Good communication with the guest.

Tanja and Alexei's apartment is located in a large but very quiet apartment complex in the spa district of Bad Harzburg. The Sole Therme is a 10-minute walk away and various hiking trails start right outside the door. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very nicely furnished. Communication with Tanja and Alexei was very pleasant and always very quick. A safe recommendation.

The accommodation was very cozy and exactly as described. We enjoyed it very much and will be back.

We had a lovely up in the nicest little apartment. Nicely furnished, new renovated kitchen and bathroom. cozy balcony with morning sun. with short walking distance to town and the surrounding hiking trails the apartment has a perfect location. Better than with Manuela, you can't be in good hands in Goslar. Very nice apartment in the old town,shopping in the immediate vicinity and numerous restaurants make the stay in Goslar very,very pleasant. Not to forget also Manuela's pub on the ground floor!Had a more than a great stay! Highly recommended.

I felt very comfortable with Renate. She is a lovely, helpful and open-minded person. The accommodation is ideal for people who travel during the day to explore the area, for example, and then like to come back to a family environment where they are warmly welcomed. The bed was very comfortable, the linens freshly washed and absolutely clean, as was the bathroom and the rest of the place! Always happy, dear Renate!

We spent a few nice days there over Easter. The property was clean and had everything needed. The location was really great, we haven't had it so quiet in a long time! Especially with our dogs, the greenery all around was really fantastic. Even great excursion destinations were about 30 minutes from the property. Communication with our host was really easy, we were able to ask questions at any time and received nice and helpful tips for the area. We felt very comfortable. We stayed at the property for 5 nights and had a very nice time. The fireplace makes the living room very cozy and the layout of the apartment is practical overall. We also found the location to be a great starting point for excursions. We used the nearby playground every day. Check-in and communication with Gerrit was straightforward and easy!
