THE HOUSE AT THE END OF THE WORLD. No, not quite, but nicely away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday property (house with 2 apartments with separate entrances) is located on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, directly on the Rappbode. 4500 sqm of land also invite you to campfire, camping and in winter to toboggan on your own toboggan slope. The house is only a vacation property. So it has no permanent tenants. Since dogs are allowed in both apartments, we ask you to be considerate of each other.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Frisch renoviert und komplett neu eingerichtet lädt die "Haselnuss" zum Verweilen ein. Für Euren Urlaub - wenn nötig mit Schreibtischarbeit - super geeignet. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Fachwerkhaus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut und ist frisch renoviert. Die "Haselnuss" liegt im EG des Hauses und ist ca. 50qm groß. Der große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Direkter Zugang zur Terrasse.

A small apartment in Wernigerode – close to the center. The train station is about a 15-minute walk away. Our apartment has a sleeping area with a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower. In the living/sleeping area, there is an LED TV and a refrigerator. A table with 2 chairs, some dishes, cutlery, glasses, toaster, instant coffee, etc., are provided for a small, simple breakfast. The apartment can only be occupied by a maximum of 2 people!

Hiking trails, cross-country trails and numerous excursion destinations around Wernigerode are within easy reach.
