Kühlung und einer Lüftungsanlage, bietet Ihnen das 20 qm Appartement einen vollwertigen Wohnraum mit voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Spülmaschine, einem Duschbad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und einem Schlafplatz, der nicht nur als Raumteiler fungiert, sondern auch Verstaumöglichkeiten für Ihre Kleidung bietet.

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Cozy apartment furnished with a lot of love in an old half-timbered house. Separate entrance, sunny terrace... only the birds "disturb" here. The property is at the end of a dead end road surrounded by forest and meadows. Ideal for hikers and bikers, it starts right outside the door. In the large garden behind the house you can lie in the sun as you please, sit comfortably under the walnut tree, use the sauna (10 for additional costs) or end the day by the campfire!

The cozy apartment in the quaint old town of Lennep is in the heart of the city, the market square. The amenities are extravagant for those who love something special. Bus and train, as well as everything you need for everyday needs of every requirement, is within walking distance. A parking space in the old town parking garage can be booked on request. Surrounded by trustworthy sheep, our circus wagon stands under a protective roof of maple trees. An exceptional home with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddles included! If you want to hike, bike or just slow down, you are in the right place in the Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & private parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne.

The apartment was newly furnished in the fall of 2021. It is bright and friendly and has its own entrance and its own small terrace. It is located in an idyllic district with half-timbered houses and is close to the center of Leichlingen. Leichlingen is a small town on the edge of the Bergisches Land and easily accessible from Cologne, Düsseldorf and Wuppertal. Bicycles and a parking space can be used. Contactless check-in is also possible.

Hiking, cycling, many excursion destinations, as well as swimming reservoirs and outdoor pool in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop outside the door, grocery store and organic shop within walking distance. Separate terrace with Weber grill and electric awning are included. A dog is very welcome.
