Whether you want to enjoy the cozy Zeist, go for a walk on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug or take the bus to Utrecht, be welcome! The studio is located in a quiet residential area and has a screened private garden, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, interactive TV, WiFi and rain shower.

We have a detached guesthouse in the back of our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. Perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking tours because we are at the National Park “Utrechtse Heuvelrug”. The rental is incl. max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Please indicate in advance if you want to play tennis. Bicycles can be safely stored here.

Rural Cottage near Utrecht

Landelijk gelegen vakantiehuis op 20 fietsminuten van het centrum van Utrecht. Er zijn 2 fietsen aanwezig. Het bosrijke gebied is zeer geschikt om te wandelen en te fietsen, kaarten zijn beschikbaar. Er is een boomgaard en moestuin op het terrein. In de boomgaard staan veel eetbare planten. Kijk en proef als je dat leuk vindt. Als je meer wil weten, dan loop ik graag met je mee.

With pleasant temperatures, one can use a cozily furnished barn, which serves as an extra seating area.
