Guesthouse on private tennis court, near nature reserve.

We have a detached guesthouse in the back of our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. There is excellent air conditioning available. The perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and the station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking tours, as we are located by the “Utrechtse Heuvelrug” National Park. The rental is incl. max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Bicycles can be safely stored here.

Around the corner you walk into the forest and also you can find within a walking distance the park, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Busses to Utrecht, Vianen, trainstaton Driebergen-zeist, Amersfoort, Wijk bij Duurstede and Wageningen are within 2 to 5 min walking distance. It's a 20 min bus ride to Utrecht center ('t Neude). De Vlonder is a detached and sustainable accommodation (also a vacation home) on the Kromme Rijn in Cothen, located in the province of Utrecht. The accommodation is situated along the Kromme Rijn hiking trail and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features two separate bedrooms, 1 and 2, with a private bathroom with toilet. It has a common breakfast/kitchen area where you can stay well. Outside you can relax in the lounge set on the deck on the Kromme Rijn.
