Andrea is a very thoughtful and responsive host. The accommodation is in a very good location with breathtaking views of the mountains. It really rained the kids with the swing, the sandbox, and the treehouse. The apartment is very spacious, clean and functional: breakfasts and dinners on the terrace delighted the whole family. The price of the apartment is low given its location and services. Our only regret is not staying longer.

Oh what an incredible accommodation with even better hosts !! Words don't do justice to this beautiful accommodation. Ruth was an amazing host and so helpful. she even came down to show us how to use the washing machine. There are loads of attractions nearby as well.

Small but with everything you could need well equipped. Also great that there are sleds in the house and a boiler room to dry the clothes. Very friendly host - we can only recommend the place.

I've been staying at this Airbnb for the past few months (and almost two years in total), and it's truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment is always clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the hosts have been nothing but kind and accommodating throughout my stay. Really nice appartment perfectly located in Walenstadt. It's a two-bedroom apartment with a separate kitchen and both roomy bathroom and living/diningroom. Highlight is the nice view from the living room as well as the outside area. Fully and well equipped: comfortable beds, the kitchen incl. dish-washing and coffee machines, living room featuring TV incl. gaming console, grill in the exterior area. Some details went beyond expectations: bathroom with pleasant toileteries, complete equipment to grill outside. Location is really convenient. Aprox 10 min walk from both the centre of Walenstadt, as well as from the lake and the big playground for the kids. The area is residential area, at the very end of street hence quite and reassuring for the kids playing outside. Michaela was a wonderful host, preparing the appartment up to details, and also answering questions and helping us to make the stay even more convenient. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Experience was very amazing! The hosts provided an abundance of information and instructions that were very clear and translated! The apartment has an amazing view of the mountains and very easy access to the lake and restaurant nearby. The apartment was really clean and well put together. The color scheme and furniture of the apartment were very well chosen by the hosts and really felt homey. The only issue was that we didn’t stay longer!

Spacious cottage for 5 people. everything was present. we had a very pleasant week in this beautiful cottage! with beautiful mountain views.

Large apartment that is well furnished with a kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The neighbourhood is also very quiet - all we could hear were birds chirping. We also appreciated the clear instructions given by Raphael and Dianna. Overall, this is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the Appenzell region!

Beautiful apartment located right on the water. This was an amazing experience for my family. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy! We had an amazing time! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Amazing views and excellent location.
