It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The old farmhouse is a stone's throw away from Lake Voigdehag, picturesquely situated between old chestnut and lilac bushes. The lively harbor of the Hanseatic city is only 5 minutes away by car, and the island of Rügen with its fantastic beaches can be reached in 10 minutes without having to cross the city traffic. The two country-style apartments are spacious and lovingly furnished. In the adjacent half of the house, the hosts live with two children, dog Ella and cat Lotti.

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

In the evening you can sit comfortably by the fire or read a book on the comfortable couch with a glass of wine. From Groß Markow you can explore the surroundings by bike or by car. The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The apartment with private entrance is located in a detached house just 3 km away from the Hanseatic and World Heritage City of Stralsund. The beautiful surroundings invite you to hike and cycle. Shopping and a restaurant can be found in the village. The closest supermarket is about 3 km away. Stralsund offers all guests a beautiful ambience with its old town and its harbor as a gateway to the Baltic Sea.

Our apartment is 40 square meters and laid out separately on the property. This is located in a popular Stralsund residential area, from which the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom with shower and a terrace with barbecue facilities. A car parking space is available. It is possible to store bicycles brought with you.

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

The bright, sunny and charming two-room apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a modern residential building in a small side street and is still very centrally located.
