A hot tub is available as an optional extra (€75 per stay; April–October). The sauna can be booked year-round for an additional fee (€25 per night). Carport for one vehicle (max. height 2 m).

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farmhouse is very quiet. You can take a walk right by the lake or get some fresh air in the woods. There is also a playground for the children. Our location is ideally situated. The vacation room (7 square meters) has a separate entrance and impresses with cozy comfort. Despite the very small size, everything you need to relax is there. The sofa is single bed size and can be pulled out to double the width. Opposite is a dining area, a flat-screen TV and access to the daylight bathroom with shower. In addition, there is a small mini-kitchen in the bathroom. There is an electric hotplate, as well as pots, crockery and cutlery.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

Located in a small village in the Elbtalaue Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Elbe bike hiking trail near Dömitz with cafes, restaurants and shopping. A pretty lake is about 1km. The area is rural and quiet. This also means romantically mowing cows and some insects (mosquito net above the bed is available).
