A lovely family home right in the middle of Wemeldinge Marina, with the sea at the end of the road. Set in a cosy village, which has a small beach 5 minutes walk away, 2 windmills, 5 eateries within 1 km from the house, and cycling paths everywhere. The house is able to accommodate maximum 4 adults and up to 3 children. Our neighbourhood rules limit the amount of adults we can host, so I am afraid that I will have to turn down any requests from groups or families with more than four adults.

Enjoy my place because of the comfortable bed in which you sleep wonderfully and you have a private bathroom from the bedroom. The place is suitable for couples and families (with children). Do you have a logé - or two - for a night? Then the sofa bed in the living area is usable.

Pleasant property for families with children, near the center. There is ample free parking(4/5 cars), close to all kinds of shops, bakery/butcher, supermarkets, park with a playground. And all this at walking distance from the local lake. And also from the train that runs to the beach in Zeebrugge in summer. All indoor toys for children (Lego, puzzles, games) and outdoor toys (go-cart, trampoline, table tennis/air hockey and table football) are available.

Staying on the Rothor was very special: Jeanette is a very warm and reserved host, but she is always there for questions. She responds very quickly, immediately replaced duvets (due to Down allergy) and gave us a lot of information about the boat and its surroundings. We immediately felt at home and also very happy to spend time on the boat. The boat is very lovingly and personally furnished, the kitchen well equipped. It is very bright due to the wrap-around windows and also cozily warm in the sun. Otherwise, the good fireplace quickly remedies, even at low outside temperatures (in the morning it was usually only 4 - 6 degrees). In the evening it was a little louder due to the gastronomy from time to time, which did not bother us. For this, geese swim by with chicks, chickens and even hood divers. Kaat, Jeanette's cat, always liked to look to the right and stayed for a nap to our great joy.

We had a great stay at the small guest house! The location is great (short walk to the beach) and despite its central location it is very quiet :) We particularly liked the terrace overlooking the great garden and the impeccable furnishings of the cottage. It was really very clean, so you could feel right at home. We will definitely be back! :)

Our stay at Anja's started with a particularly friendly welcome. Anja even surprised us with a fresh apple pie, a bottle of wine and ice cream for our child. We felt right at home. It is a very well-equipped apartment (kitchen utensils, plenty of towels that smell great, family games, barbecue, emergency food supply, toilet paper, bottle of water, coffee and tea bar). You feel undisturbed and unobserved and Anja places a lot of trust in the guests. When leaving the apartment, we were allowed to simply leave the key in the door. In the event of a small bed damage (slat on the crib has come loose), Anja handled it very competently and repaired the damage herself. We will definitely be back.
