Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Wels-Land District

We got really nice holiday/reload time during our stay in Judith's apartment. Judith is very empatious, nice and friendly person who took care about us - and even about our cat. During all the stay we got feeling of being supported. We definetely would like to return back in high-season in a company of three of us (me, husband and our cat).

The apartment is clean and modern. The contact with the landlord was smooth. You can quickly get to the old town by tram or car. The apartment is located on the outskirts of town in a simple apartment building directly on a very busy road. If you are a light sleeper, this can affect you accordingly.

We received an excellent and discreet welcome on our way. The location is wonderful with a 360° panorama of the mountains and the lake.

A very nice and large place to stay. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The parking space is right outside the door and we were even allowed to leave the car all day on the day of departure because the parking space was not needed that day. The city center is quite far away, but great to reach by public transport. We'd love to come back anytime!

Our stay was wonderful! The place was very spacious and quiet, perfect for relaxing. The location is beautiful, and the parking was super convenient. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly housekeeper, who took excellent care of herself. We would definitely visit again!

Warm hostess After a rainy day on the bike, Michaela saved us with a nicely decorated place. Easy to find thanks to description. Check-in via lockbox was also easy. We felt comfortable and recommend it.

Exactly what we were looking for! Located on a quiet street steps from the charming city center. Full set of amenities (linens, cleaning supplies, cooking spices, coffee maker, etc.). Super responsive, non-intrusive host. Definitely would book again!

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Accommodation corresponds in everything to the description, house well equipped - great that all rooms have their own bathroom. The lake is a three-minute walk away, you can go swimming super fast after hikes etc. The public, free beach is also within walking distance. The house stays nice and nice even with a week of 30 degrees Celsius. A small downside is the road that you hear on work days - WE is quiet.

Katharina’s place was incredible! The views were amazing and Katharina was super friendly. If you are looking for a peaceful, well kept place to stay, then this is it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay, despite heavy rain. The house was perfect for us with plenty of space and all amenities. Andrea was a great host, always responsive and even brought a blender when we wanted to make a cream soup. The location is great, just across the street from the park and seebad.

We liked the place very much, we immediately felt at home. Quietly located, you can be in nature within a few minutes and enjoy the landscape of Austria. Furthermore, we were very pleased about the delicious wine, as well as the little touches in the form of chocolate. We 100% recommend the place.

Staying at Nuki was an amazing experience. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. It is more than a rental place - it is like coming back to home. To be honest we did nt want to go out as the apartment itself was an experience and we and our 2 kids spend good time there.. All the equipment, utensils, the kitchen supplies including spices were more than any rental space provides usually. We also love the garden area with the grill and seating. We have stayed in many airbnbs before and this place was one of the best. We would love to stay there again. Thanks alot

The place is clean and cozy. The tram stop is just 2 minutes away, and it's only one stop to the main train station from there. We were very happy with our choice to stay at Sabina's place for our trip to Linz and will definitely come back next time!

We had a great weekend at Villa Traunseeblick. Herta, our host, graciously accepted our last minute booking. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with everything you needed and had an amazing outdoor space to relax and enjoy views of the lake. It was very comfortable and just what we needed. The apartment is within walking distance to trails, the lake, town and the cable car. We had a wonderful time! Thanks Herta
