What a wonderful stay, thank you so much!

My fiance and I recently stayed in the garden apartment for a long weekend. The location of the apartment is phenomenal! Our dog joined us for our stay and we loved walking down through the harbor every morning and going to eat at local restaurants like Pearl. A few things to note, the driveway is very tight, be mindful of parking if you drive a large vehicle. Lastly, the apartment was in need of a good clean- the floors had a coating of dirt, the couch, dining table and chairs were dirty. However, the linens, towels and other amenities were clean, and readily available. We enjoyed our stay and would return next season.

We had an amazing week in Eastham at Billy and Beth’s place! The home was spacious, well-equipped, and offered plenty of privacy. It was also wonderfully quiet and just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for our daily outings. Billy and Beth are fantastic hosts—friendly and generous. Their love for music was a delightful bonus, and we even got to hear Billy and his friend Bob play at the Yardarm in Orleans. It was a great experience and added a special touch to our stay. If you’re curious about how American entrepreneurship in the mid-20th century, plexiglas, and a famous Hollywood actress are connected to Billy’s history, be sure to ask him. It’s a fascinating story! Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

My wife and I first time visiting cape cod, came across this listing on Airbnb and for the location and price it was definitely worth it. You’re located around everything, parking was easy and everything about the stay was amazing. Whenever we decide to come back we will be booking again.

One of our best experiences with Airbnb. Jessica is a fantastic host, with recommendations for restaurants well in advance our stay to meeting her in the bookstore. A very unique experience, which was exactly what I was liking for. The Book Nook is full of light and spacious for a couple looking for a getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you may need to dine in. We did take advantage of the kitchen our first night. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Not something I can say for most of our Airbnb stays. There is an abundance of books throughout and being a book junkie I found this quite nice. A longer stay may have us sitting outside reading a book or two. We really appreciated being able to stay at the Book Nook and look forward to returning.

Loved the location! There were people nearby but it was quiet. Great access to walk on the sand by the water. Inside, the bed was comfortable and I found everything I needed for the one dinner I ate in. I enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the back as well. Would love to stay again.

I got this Airbnb for the weekend because I was proposing to my girlfriend in a Hyannis dinner train. This was the only spot that looked private and worthy of an “engagement weekend getaway” vibe as opposed to hotels and other Airbnbs. Meagan even allowed a friend of mine to show up and decorate the apartment with “Just Engaged” signs and fake candles and fake rose petals, which made the bedroom look even more romantic. My now-fiancé could not express enough how much she loved the place. Quiet, safe neighborhood, good eating spots less than 10 mins away in car, great water pressure, everything you could ask for. If we’re going to be knit-picky, the only thing we can complain about was that the A/C did not seem to work. The wall unit was open like if it was working, but no air was coming out of it. I forgot to mention this to Meagan during our stay, as I’m sure she would have rushed to help us. We slept with the windows slightly open and it was just as nice.

We had a lovely stay over Christmas at Stephen and Siobhan’s cottage house! Our 4 and 6 year olds absolutely loved the video game table on the porch. The heat was a bit finicky but Stephen was extremely responsive and helped us troubleshoot. The stairs to the upstairs two bedrooms are very shallow and steep but our family had no trouble, including the kids. This house seems like it would be especially ideal in the summer, when you could walk to Arey’s pond and also enjoy the outdoor amenities such as the ping pong table. Orleans is a wonderful town with plenty of amenities and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed lunch at the Hot Chocolate Sparrow.

Cong’s home was amazing - stunning, in the middle of everything. Couldn’t ask for more! Would recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Midori's place was perfect for us - quiet neighborhood, clean, and spacious. The privacy lock on the front door was a bit tricky - you need to have a coin handy to turn it, which we would not have had but Midori told us to bring one. Great place for a nice trip to Cape Cod!

We absolutely loved it at Karl's home. We have been coming to P-Town in the winter for years and this was one of the best places we have stayed: clean top to bottom, very spacious, and lovingly designed. Everything you could need was there, and in the winter it was especially cozy by the automatic fireplace (just the push of a button). We cooked amazing seafood meals in the kitchen with fresh fish from Mac's, and we got work done...there was enough space for my husband and I to work in different rooms of the house and not get in each other's way. All in all, a wonderful and easy trip, even with the cold weather and howling winds! We'll be back.

Such a great place! The home was clean, organized, and exactly as pictured. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was an easy walk to the beach and just a short drive to downtown areas. We also appreciated the clean/non-toxic soaps in the house. We didn’t have any kids with us, but this place is definitely set up to be kid friendly. Check-in was easy and Anthony even offered to ship a piece of jewelry we left behind. Responsive & trustworthy hosts. Would highly recommend staying here!

We went on an early spring weekend. We enjoyed the place itself with all its amenities and views, as well as the vicinity to the beach. The stay was enjoyable.

Stayed three nights, using it as a base for exploring Cape Cod (for example, just 6 min drive to Hyannis port for the ferry to Nantucket). It’s a very quiet, safe spot and we thoroughly enjoyed walking along the path to the beach.

This location was perfect for a relaxing weekend away with my wife and pup. From a quiet, peaceful, space to being surrounded by all the restaurants and shops, it was just what we wanted. The views are gorgeous, and almost every window has a view of the water. The space was set far enough off the street that it felt extremely private and quiet with a view of the beach. Hosts were proactive with reaching out to ensure we had the info we needed to get parked, and into the location without any issues. Space was immaculate and arranged so nicely from placement to furniture to art. Would stay here again 10/10

We had a wonderful stay at Brian and James’s- prior to our check in they were really informative and so we were able to find the condo easily. The space is beautiful and cosy with a kitchen equipped with all we needed. Location was perfect - very walkable and great location for accessing beaches, restaurants and bars. We hope we get to come back soon!

The place was well located a brief 5 min walk to commercial street. This place was clean, spacious, and frankly had more amenities than we anticipated. Also, a stylish apartment that felt cool to stay in. Would stay here again and might just do that next year!

Kathryn place was just as advertised. Was a lovely unit and easy to explore Chatham in the surrounding areas. Katherine provided clear check in instructions and followed up promptly with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Milo and Lance’s place is cozy, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully laid out. It had everything we needed, is in a great location, and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend to others!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Provincetown. From the start, Chris was incredibly attentive and provided all the information we needed for a smooth and easy check-in. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, which made it easy for us to cook when we wanted to. One of the highlights was enjoying both sunrise and sunset views right from the balcony—a truly peaceful and beautiful experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

The Perch was pretty perfect! We arrived on a wet and chilly day so we turned the heat on right away and the whole place was nice and cozy before we even finished unpacking. Loved the comfortable layout, it was nicely decorated and spotless. Once it warmed up we had the windows open and enjoyed the breezes coming off the bay. The top-down bottom-up shades are great for letting in the sun while affording privacy from the street below. Having a dedicated parking spot on premise is always a plus, and the west end (best end) location was super convenient. Isaac was a friendly & communicative host, and we really appreciated the early check-in. Thanks Isaac, we hope to be back someday!
