1/2 acre lot, on a private road. Your personal oasis. Super close to it all! Take a walk, bike, or 4 minute drive to beautiful Indian Neck bay beach and oyster grounds! The amazing ocean beaches are 8 minutes away by car or 18 minute bike ride. Walk through the woods to the gorgeous salt marsh at the Pilgrim Springs conservation area, just down the dirt road from the house. We are so glad to share our home with you! JULY-AUGUST we book Saturday-Saturday weeklong stays only, for best experience.

This classic, large Cape Cod house is just perfect for friends or a family reunion. The beautiful Thumpertown Beach is 0.3 miles or a 5-10 min slow stroll down the street. The house is large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably and has a convenient layout that also provides plenty of privacy. There is central A/C that covers the entire house, all rooms have hardwood floors, newer beds, comfortable mattresses and quality pillows. New 18x24 deck has Polywood furniture and Weber gas grill.

Classic antique Cape Cod country home with gardens and screened-in porch. Quiet, relaxing nature-lovers' paradise! Perfect for large families or groups. The house has two wings, six bedrooms, and a large kitchen and a screened-in porch in the center. It is surrounded by a large yard with mature trees, patio/fire pit, and many corners to discover. Five minute walk to a small landing on Wellfleet Harbor, and a five minute drive to ocean beaches and Town center. Parking for 3+ cars.

"Light on the Mayo" is a newly built, finely appointed, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage located across the road from the famous "Mayo (swim) Beach" in Wellfleet Bay. The cottage was built in 2018 and is incredibly cozy with unobstructed views of Mayo Beach and Wellfleet Harbor. It also has excellent privacy and high-end amenities. The house includes central heat and air conditioning in each bedroom as well as the living room. It has a modern kitchen with a beautiful dining nook.
