The backyard has one of the best and largest state of the art disc golf courses, acres of beautiful trees, tennis courts, skate parks, city pool and more. The inside gives you a sense of peace and comfort, it is quaint yet cozy with 700 sq feet available. $5 uber ride into old town, if you don't prefer to use the trail to bike. Can’t beat this location!

This is a 950 sqft one-bed room suite on my house. It has its own entry, kitchen, family room and bathroom. The house is right by Eaton high school. The suite has brand new floor and new painting. The family room has recline sofas, sofa bed and computer desk. 1 hour to Denver and Denver international airport. 30 mins to Fort Collins. 15 mins to Greeley and UNC. Just over 1 hour to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. 40 mins to Wyoming

Large, quiet. Close to all medical facilities.

Newer apt. about 2 years old. Large bedroom with king bed. Second room with full size bed. Includes all bedding. Air-conditioned. Extra fans and heaters for weather control. Nice and quiet. There is a front porch with chairs for you to enjoy fresh air. There is a walking trail across the street. that runs along the pouder river. The subdivision is only about 6 years old. it is a older community. Nice and quiet. Easy access to the highway.

It was great for what i needed it for. One thing is therw is no thermostat for the unit. So heat and ac is controled by the above unit. Other then that, it was nice and quiet. Had no issues with any neighbors and had ample space for the 2 dogs that i brought with me. Stacy was a great host and very curtious. Would recommend to friends.

Hoang's property was perfectly located for our needs. Within 30 minutes of DIA and 20 minutes to Boulder. Being a walk-out basement, there's plenty of light and for a family of four - plenty of room for everyone. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything we needed to cook meals and the living room had more than enough seating for comfortable lounging. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and surroundings very calm. Going for family walks in the evenings to view the Rockies were a highlight of our stay. Having plenty of experience with AirBNB and p2p rentals all around the world, Hoang is the perfect host and I will certainly stay with her again when next in town.

This was a wonderful place for my husband and our two young children. We felt right at home! Jami was so gracious to be flexible about our schedule and I am truly so grateful for her! The Airbnb was so clean. The cleanest Airbnb I’ve been in. Their backyard faces the mountains and the views are beautiful! Not a detail is missed! Quality paper towels, toilet paper, teas, spices, everything to feel at home. The best part was Jami’s son, Jacob. What a polite, thoughtful and incredibly bright young man. My oldest son hit it off with him right away. Jacob showed us how to take night pictures of the sky and it was so cool. We got some really beautiful photos of the Colorado skies. We also enjoyed some homemade zucchini bread on my youngest son’s birthday to top it off. We looked at the calendar to book longer with them but this place was booked up. So if you’re interested in this place I say book well in advance! Excellent stay and even more excellent people. Cannot recommend enough!
