The house is situated in a beautiful garden in the quiet, idyllic Palatine village of Mühlheim. The Gesindehaus is tastefully restored and expanded and has many loving details. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our SCHOTTENHOF winery and integrated into our farm building. The closest neighbor is about 100 meters away. The 4-hectare courtyard is idyllically located in the middle of the vineyards and is accessible on two sides at ground level. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the yard. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please do not book!

The listed building is nestled in a beautiful park landscape and offers a fantastic view over the valley – with the Odenwald right outside the front door. Ideal for hiking, biking or simply to relax and unwind. Dogs also feel comfortable with us thanks to the many walking paths right outside the front door.

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. The apartment at the almond blossom is located in the center of beautiful Gimmeldingen. In 1718, the apartment was formerly built as a bakery, which was then last renovated in 2017. In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
