Gabi’s place is unusual but a lot of fun but you need to decide it’s going to be fun and then it is. When we stayed I loved it but my partner found it more challenging as there aren’t the usual comforts. If you treat it like an adventure it’s brilliant. Read the description as Gabi is very thorough and accurate. The location and recommendations are great and the breakfast at Kostbar was exceptional. If the weather isn’t too hot fill the shower with hotter water than you’d normally have and warm yourself with the hot water first before washing to give yourself a minute’s residual heat. I woke up a bit too hot at 1am and was worried opening the door would let in mosquitoes but it cooled and i wasn’t eaten. we’re staying in a lot of places and it’s definitely one we’ll remember. The accommodation is thoughtfully basic and Gabi and her husband were lovely and generous hosts.

Great location, lovely town, amazing apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful view of Calmont. Jon was always very responsive and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend his place! Thanks for everything 😊

Location was close to the small central market either a restaurant etc. Due to a incorrect translation of the Airbnb messaging, only one bedroom was ready. But the host immediately adjusted that. Good communication and a very friendly host. We were there by motorbike and the host offered her garage to park them during night. Very appreciated

A spacious apartment with a Mosel view and beautiful balcony. Everything was very well equipped with plenty of towels, extra blankets, etc. You could quickly walk to Cochem or the suburbs. We were completely to ourselves without direct contact with neighbors or the landlord. The apartment would also be super suitable for longer stays. Furnishings of the living room are a matter of taste, but we quickly felt very comfortable. Good blackout and even 2 TVs!

We were there in the low season. Philipp was very flexible with check-in and check-out times and always available for tips in the region. The apartment looks like the pictures. It was spotlessly clean everywhere. The house is a bit noisy, the bedroom is facing the village road, so it is quiet at night. All rooms can be darkened with shutters. For the ultimate in comfort, we would have liked a little more indirect light or furnishings in the living room - that's a matter of taste. The apartment is located in the 2nd row to the Moselle. There is no direct, unobstructed view of the water, but you can see the vineyards. Philipp's own wine in the accommodation made the stay special

Hans-Jürgen's accommodation has been the perfect place to relax, with well equipped amenities and in a lovely location. The village of Ulmen Maar is quiet, and we’d highly recommend the local Pizzeria “Vesuvio”. The Immediate surroundings are great to explore on foot, and Jungferweiher lake is on the doorstep which is connected via an incredible cave / tunnel to Ulmen Maar.

We stayed at Anna's place for a few days to go hiking in the area. The apartment is clean, easily accessible from the train station and sensibly equipped.

Our stay was completely successful! The place is very comfortably furnished – especially the fireplace provided a homely atmosphere and made the stay even more enjoyable. The entire concept of the apartment is well thought out: It really has everything you need – from the SodaStream, mosquito nets in the bedroom, an iron to a variety of kitchen utensils, which made cooking on site particularly pleasant. Communication with the host was extremely friendly and straightforward. In addition, everything was very clean and maintained. The location is another highlight: quiet and idyllic, away from mass tourism, which ensured real relaxation. We would come back anytime!
