Great, comfortable furnished apartment in quiet location in the beautiful Taunus for 2-7 persons. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has 116 m2. - Large living-dining area with fireplace - Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. - Private terrace - Under the table top of the dining table is a pool table - There are two coffee makers. A normal for coffee powder and a Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machine. 3 Sleeping Rooms: 1 room with double bed (200x200cm) 1 room with 1 single bed (100x200cm) + double bed (180x200cm) 1 room with double bed (180x200cm) For our little quests we have also a Babybed and a Babychair. In the rugged Upper Westerwald, directly on the wild and romantic Holzbach Gorge, where the Holzbach stream has carved its bed into the basalt over the millennia, the days are simply different. Longer, more eventful, more relaxing. Feel at home here and experience a special place to recharge your batteries, strength, and inspiration. A fire pit with firewood, a swivel grill and a kettle grill are available. Towels and bed linen are provided upon request (for an additional charge).

The house was built in 1964 by our grandparents and was substantially renovated in 2023. Its highlights are: sauna, jacuzzi, gym, gas barbecue, diverse media & gaming offers (Smart TVs, soundbar, Nintendo Switch, Netflix, 150 TV channels, foosball table, table tennis, Darts, board games)

Small art stall with wood stove Burg Freienfels

The small art remise along the Weiltal and Weilstrasse in the Taunus is a small 55 square metre cottage on a former mill estate. Heated exclusively with wood, the shed invites you to linger in a cosy atmosphere or to explore the Weiltal or Lahntal by bike. On the property right next to the stream you can meet dogs, cats, chickens and even the occasional egg. Most recently, the remise was used as a studio, and now art objects by regional artists continue to enliven the space.

Lots of space (300qm) in Weilburg

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

Our apartment Rosenstein (70 square meters) in the Weilburg district of Kubach is located in a quiet residential area. It offers a parking space and a storage space for bicycles. The apartment has a separate entrance as well as a spacious terrace and fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The shopping is very good, as bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore and a fast food restaurant are only a few hundred meters away.

Sleeping barrel on the farm

🏡 In our wooden barrel, you will spend cozy hours with a view of chickens, cattle and the castle! "Cozy, cozy, totally great, it smells good of wood, like in a boat cabin," how our guests describe the extraordinary experience in the barrel. It is designed for a maximum of 4 people: in the back there are two flat sleeping places (180x200cm and 240x200cm). 🛀 Bathroom with shower in the annex. Bed linen and towels included. In the stable – side by side with chickens and horses

'IM PFERDESTALL' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the Mühlenanwesen. It used to be a stable. (Be sure to check out my other apartment, 'Scheunen-Loft', too.) The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people seeking a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat up with the stove. See below.
