Unless you’re a local, hire a driver for the duration of your stay. We were met at the airport by an interesting and polite young man who drove the crowded streets of Accra and the washed out rural roads with extreme care and skill. At Langma Beach House, Oscar quickly opened the gate and greeted us. He was attentive to our needs, and clear about the additional expenses. Don’t even think about cooking for yourselves.. every morsel that Mary serves is deliciously spicy and very moreish! (You need to make separate arrangements to employ her). The ocean is fabulous! Each morning Oscar did his best to clean the plastic that washes from the fishing village.. be kind to him if it isn’t absolutely perfect.. one man vs. others’ litter. The house itself is spacious, clean and cool (you pay for electricity, so be sensible and switch off the ac when going out for the day). Some of the photos show older furniture - new poolside sun-loungers were delivered during our stay. Hammock life!

Ivan was amazing to communicate with and ensured we had a smooth and pleasant stay. I also want to acknowledge our on-site caretaker Appiah, who was incredibly helpful and truly the best! Will definitely come back soon.

Had a great stay at Henry’s with my daughter. The house is beautiful and well kept, and it is a few minutes walk to the beach. The swimming pool is clean. Our host was proactive and was ever ready to address any issues we had. Would definitely return when I need a space to relax.

This AirBnB is really a nice place to stay in Accra. But the best thing about this air BnB here is that Britta and Kodjo are incredible good Hosts. The communication was super easy and we got picked up at the airport from Simon which was a lovely service! The house is very clean and is identical to the photos. It is filled with love and is very well equipped. If you need something you can easily reach out to Britta and you will get it super fast. Also when it comes to recommendations around the place, you will get insider spots from Britta and Kodjo which are amazing. If you are looking for great food, you can ask for the cooking service of Doris, this was super local and very delicious food! It took us about 10 to 15 minutes by cab from the house to the beach. Many thanks for the tip at Kinsley in Bortianor. We had a relaxing day at the beach in the Wunderbar beach bar.Highly recommend to stay here.

The place was just as seen in the picture. The host was very responsive and patient. But the location is but confusing to find if you not familiar with the area. Aside from that…I’d recommend everyone to book this place

Kingsley was a fantastic host and very friendly and understanding. This is a great place with a huge space but very secured too. Very private place in an accessible area. I totally enjoyed my stay and will certainly come back.

Very spacious perfect for large outings

Vi havde ikke noget med Joseph at gøre direkte, men med hans søde værtinde Barbara har været utroligt hjælpsom. Det var deres første udlejning så der var nogle småting som skulle justeres og følges op på, men Barbara klarede opgaverne til perfektion. Jeg kan varmt anbefale stedet og ikke mindst Barbara. Our stay here on McCarthy Hill was amazing. The house was as described - actually it was more spacious! A clear cut above the rest. It’s fully equipped with all the amenities we could want. The neighbourhood felt safe at night and it’s in a great location - there’s a popular mall close by! Outstanding hospitality from the lovely caretaker, and the driver, plus great communication with the host so we’ll definitely be staying here again! I recommend this for anyone coming for a holiday in Accra. Worth every penny. Thanks again and have a Merry Christmas!
