Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic residential building from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & has been very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay paints. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another, hand-painted, approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered on the 2nd floor.

Ausserdem gibt es ein großes Bad mit Wanne/Dusche/WC/WaMa. Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz im Hof des Areals werden kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Von dieser zentralen Whg aus seid ihr in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum.

Ein Doppelbett welches 160 cm breit ist und eines, dass sich ebenfalls auf 160 cm ausziehen lässt. Maximal 4 Personen finden hier Platz.
