Upper floor: 1 room with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and 1 small room with sofa bed (80 x 1.90 m) and shower/toilet. Top floor: with double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). 1 x parking space and 1 x garage.

Luxury country villa in the Eifel with a private 60,000m ² wildlife park. Relax on the large terrace with continuously heated hot tub, outdoor sauna, fireplace and barbecue or in the cozy fireplace room. The house offers modern comfort with rustic charm, including billiards room, bar and gym. With 6 bedrooms and up to 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Due to the elevated location, there is almost guaranteed snow in winter and no extreme heat in summer.

Home with a view, large property & balcony

Our two adjoining vacation homes, each for four people, are located in Kalenborn, near Kaiseresch in the Volcanic Eifel. On the 800 square meter property, overlooking a lot of nature, you can really enjoy your stay. With 80 square meters of living space and a large kitchen, the vacation home offers enough space for 4 adults, or 2 adults and up to three children. There is an electric grill on the large balcony. You are also welcome to bring your four-legged friends.

Seehütte Julinda, small but nice

Our small, comfortable cottage can accommodate 2 adults, max. 2 children up to 12 years old and a dog. In addition to the living area with kitchenette, our cottage offers a double bed (160 x 100), a sleeping level (140 x 200), infrared heat cabin and igloo sauna outside (max. 80 C). In summer, the green garden with lawns and seating on 3 sides of the hut invites you to grill and relax. The swimming lake is only a few hundred meters away. Cooling off is guaranteed!

EIFEL QUARTIER year 1846

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. Here, pure living has been transferred to the modern age.

The barrier-free ground floor, the sunny terrace and the flexible check-in via key box ensure comfort and freedom. Quiet but centrally located – perfect to discover the Ahr Valley in a relaxed way.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Spend a nice time with friends, family or as a couple. The accommodation is comfortably equipped and very lovingly furnished. The green courtyard is also great. Pets are welcome upon request. The cozy ambience invites you to linger and is the ideal starting point for excursions. So you can explore the Maifeld, hike the dream paths, visit Eltz Castle, take part in a wine tasting on the Mosel or take a boat trip on the Rhine.
