Was a great location, close to everything we wanted to do, 10-15 mins from golf courses, 10-15 mins from casino. Backyard was just big enough for lawn games/activities, hard to beat being right on the water for the price

We had a great stay in Tupper Lake, which we used as our home base to hike in the Seward Range. Moody Sunset had everything we needed and more. The kids enjoyed lounging in the basement and playing all the games available. And we enjoyed the beautiful views, cozy fireplace, and well-stocked coffee bar. It was also great to have a Google speaker (something we use at home often). And the ADK stickers, welcome note, and sparkling water at check-in were a really nice touch. Would absolutely recommend Moody Sunset for anyone looking to explore the area. You won't be disappointed.

I loved it this house

We had an absolute amazing stay. The house was exactly like described, very spacious, and accommodating. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that may be traveling to up state NY.

The location of this house is amazing. You can easily walk to town. Views were incredible. The deck was cozy and spacious. House was just as described. Rick and Kelly were wondeful hosts. We would def come back and stay here again.

Peaceful retreat In beutiful Old Forge to spend Father’s Day weekend. We felt right at home and enjoyed the grill, fireplace and the majestic view. Extremely quiet and peaceful, highly recommend!

Audrey's place was the perfect spot for a cozy night away. Everything was exactly as described and shown, Audrey was incredibly responsive and flexible with a later check-out time. The best part was the creek in the side yard- such a relaxing place to have a beer in the evening and a coffee in the morning. We lucked out finding this spot!

Great location close to Turning Stone. I hosted my sisters bachelorette party here and there was plenty of room for the bridesmaids! We were able to make a lot of meals in the kitchen and out on the Blackstone grill!

Jillian was an absolute rock show of a host ! She was friendly , very thorough and followed through with everything she said she would ! I highly recommend this place to stay !

its a great quiet spqce. Bars are very close, fishing, boating, great restaurants near by. pool was absolutely amazing and warm. Will definitely book again cant wait for another trip! Only thing is thier is no Pool table as seen in pic's.

We loved our stay. Pictures do not do the house justice - very comfortable, wonderful deck space, pool was ideal, and kayaks and canoe were used daily. Gorgeous quiet space to relax and unwind. Loved the dog wash station - especially after several muddy hikes! The outdoor fireplace was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day.

It was just the perfect weekend getaway at the perfect cabin. Everything from the peaceful surroundings, the view, the inside of the cabin, the glamping bedroom was exactly, if not better than pictured on the listing. It truly exceeded our expectations. Perfect place to get away from it all, quiet and listening to the frogs at night was kinda peaceful. Caught some good fish down by the river while roasting marshmallows. There is an AMAZING ice cream place not too far away that is a definite place to check out.

I have a six month old and a three-year-old, and this cottage was perfect for us. Byron was a great host!

We had a great stay! This place was everything we wanted for our long weekend getaway! So comfortable and really had that Adirondack feel, especially relaxing in the living room space. The deck and area out front facing the water are beautiful, and if the weather was nicer, we would’ve certainly taken advantage of it more. Ben’s home was as described in the listing. There were 7 adults in our group and we were all comfortable. There was space to spread out and relax as well. It was a short drive into town and close to McCauley Mountain for skiing. We would definitely stay here again. Ben provided good directions to find the house and check in was easy.

We had such a wonderful weekend at Chandra's A-frame cabin. The space was private, quiet and had a gorgeous view of the lake. We enjoyed kayaking and having a fire on the dock at night. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend with our pups!

If you are looking for a relaxing, peaceful getaway then you will not find a better place than this. My wife and I needed a week away from our daily routines and wanted a quiet place tucked away in the woods. The hosts, Tiffany, Adam and their daughter Makena, are the sweetest and most passionate people you will ever meet and both the cabin and surrounding property are immaculately maintained. Additionally, the side-by-sides they rent are super fun and are also immaculate. We especially loved the fact that there is no WiFi at the cabin (but it can be accessed a couple miles up the road) and “very spotty” cell service. It was perfect for disconnecting from daily life and reconnecting to each other. There is no doubt that we not only found our Adirondack paradise to which we will return often, but new friends who we look forward to seeing again!
